Accessing information through the application from Matthew was an eye-opening experience that lead to a paradigm shift. It changed how I view relationships, transforming them into a conscious, daily way of living. I highly recommend.

Among all the books, podcasts, reels and videos, Matthew is the one who speaks honesty, wisdom and clarify things as they are! Each time I would listen to his contributions, it helps me a bit more to "decipher" the mechanism of my own emotional logic, of the dynamics between two people and how to move beyond just understanding rationally. I feel seen, understood and supported - even if I never met him.

I have listened to Matthew on YouTube for over a year. Then I signed up for an online class. However I personally had an ah-ha realization by taking a month-long (not free) workshop that will easily translate to any next relationship(s)… it comes with a workbook too. Outstanding! I was so heartbroken to find myself out on my own at 72 years old. I suffer from abandonment issues because my father left when I was young, so I’ve always been chronically lonely when I’m not in a relationship. Listening to Matthew’s voice at night soothed me and the meditation with Steven helped me heal. I ended up in another abusive rebound relationship but was able to end it straight away because of the always available and so, so helpful Matthew AI. Matthew, Stephen, Audrey, and co. are warm and caring. When you’re down on your life because things haven’t worked out romantic, that matters. Some things I knew already and some things I needed a reminder about again as I went through the course. When you’re in emotional distress, sometimes you make wrong decisions because you quickly want to get out of there. Through their courses, I rebuilt a sense of who I was. But you have to put their recommendations to practice, not just consume the content. You have to be willing to strike up a conversation with strangers to build that muscle. You have to start living your best life for you. I’m now 4 years into a relationship I am happy with. The content reminded me at the start of the relationship to not go all in, but to keep living my life while he earned a place in mine.
