Good value mattress delivered on time.
The mattress is very comfortable and as long as it lasts more than a couple of years will have been a bargain. Ordering online was straightforward and delivery was completed at the pre-arranged time. Good communication from helpful courier with no problems at all. Would use this company again depending on the mattress' lifespan!

Easy to order & organise delivery time. Efficient & happy delivery men.
I live in a rural location where ordering & receiving such items (especially large ones) has been problematic in the past.

Poor delivery company mattress not full memory foam
Bad delivery service, and seems like incorrect matress I was expecting full memory foam matress but this is just memory foam topped so isn't up to my standards I was expecting!

A great bargain of a mattress, swiftly delivered and comfy to sleep on.
Mattress is firm but comfy to sleep on due to the memory foam. Delivery was quick service very good. Very good company to deal with.

Night time delivery ??
I ordered a new mattress and had no problems with ordering or paying. However, after I chose a Saturday delivery, Ceva Logistics, the carrier, delivered it at 0645 hours. It was dark and the actual time and noise of delivery was NOT popular with us or our neighbours.
Mattress was delivered safely and in good condition but the TIMING !!

I know you said you weren’t sleeping well and you wanted a new mattress but your budget was tight.
Well I hope I’m going to make your day. I’ve discovered a website called mattress.co.uk which is part of the Silentnight Group factory outlet; so you are paying far less but still getting the quality.

absolutely brilliant mattress. paid twice the price from a retailer earlier in the year, so when the other mattress was needing renewed I went straight to silentnight and almost halved the price. delivery was super and they kept in contact throughout the order and day of delivery.

Good Value and Good Service
Ordered a mattress online - price was good with free delivery. Took around 7-10 days for it to come but excellent customer service - the courier company and the seller both called to say when the mattress was going to be delivered to the hour. Overall very impressed by this.
The mattress is not an expensive one however very serviceable and of decent quality.
Overall i would recommend them

Excellent mattress which is extremely comfy and after two weeks of use seems to be very good quality for £180. Delivered on the date promised and regular communication from seller. Overall I would recommend buying from this site as it was a trouble free transaction.
