Skills for Health Conversations
The training has given me more confidence in using the different conversational models in assessing patients effectively.
Although the staffs were of different qualifications, everyone was treated equally and with respect.

Can be tedious using 'back' button to return to preceding position once you have viewed course details
The booking of a course was more or less intuitive. However, when it was not possible to book because it was sold out, for instance, using the 'back' button takes you back to the default page rather than the view that immediately preceded the booking. If your course is further in to the listing then it becomes tedious to work your way back to where you were previously.
