Santiago was terrific!
Ordered a windlass and was contacted by Santiago that he would be my customer service rep. I inquired as to when the windlass might arrive and he worked with me to make sure I knew when it was shipped and when it would arrive. I assumed this would take a while, but it arrived at least 5 days earlier than I had anticipated and Santiago kept me informed every step of the way. They have great customer service. Will be ordering supplied from them from now on!

I was having difficulty finding all the deck hardware for my Knysna 500 catamaran. Many of the Lewmar stand up blocks and traveler components were back ordered on most sites. She was able to give me the exact part numbers and dates to receive them in time for our haul out. She "teed" them up perfectly, ordering them with push of a button and the orders perfectly arrived on time. Excellent service very appreciative.

Ordered an auto pilot motor for them. Dealt with Erick, he was very helpful and informal about the timeline on getting my part. The phone number on the website never went through however, was never able to speak to someone on the phone until after getting in touch with Erick through the online chat feature.

Awesome Customer Service
We needed a couple parts for our water maker on our catamaran. I couldn’t find them anywhere but overseas in the UK. We’re in the US on the East coast. The shipping on my order from the UK would have been twice the cost of the parts. I emailed a contact in Florida at one of their US partners. They responded immediately. Took my parts request and shipping information. The next day I received an email response with two links to the parts I needed from their website. I placed the order. Done! I will use them again and recommend them to other boaters.

Prompt and concerned customer service. I was very impressed how quickly they responded. There was a small issue with my order and rather than wait, they contacted me and let me know what was going on and asked how I wanted them to proceed. I haven't found another marine retailer that is so involved and proactive in having great service and great products. Website is top notch too. Much easier to find items than other marine retailers.
