Nickel and dime
Went to Mavis in Carmel NY. Got 2 tires and alignment and balance. Specifically told the guy that the Tire Pressure sensors were brand new-2 months old. When I get the bill he added $13.98 for something called "Pack with labor." Turns out it is rubber o-rings for the new sensors that I just put in and was not needed. Just another place trying to get over by nickel and dime-ing you. Never again! i will be going to a private owner from now on.
