Emergency Repair
The day before I was to leave on vacation and would need my car to drive to the airport, my Ford Escape started to make a terrible noise from the back wheel. I showed up at my local Mavis Tire store in Chalfont at 8:AM and talked to Jeff, the Service Manager, who promptly had my car on a lift and inspected by Nick. The problem was a minor issue with a loose backing plate, Nick quickly resolved the problem, and I was on my way. This was my third visit to this location for service and each time I have received professional friendly, efficient and competent service.

The Mavis Mgr.
The Mavis Mgr., Mike, at the Chalfont, Pa. store, had my breaks examined as an evaluation of needing replacement. The result was that the break padding was fine & replacement was not yet needed. I was taken by the honest evaluation, the fact that I was as a retiree & completely dependent on the outcome to face a major cost. I'm greatly appreciative.
