Mavis Tire - Deland Reviews 

Today, I discovered that my wife’s Minivan left rear tire kept losing air. After stopping at several different tire repair businesses that were unable to fit me in, I decided to stop by Mavis Tires in DeLand.
As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly by a gentleman named Corey. Although I had initially asked if Skipp was available, Corey was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. He explained that despite how busy they were, his priority was making sure I did not leave with a tire that was unsafe to drive on. He assured me that he would take care of the situation.
My time was limited because I had to pick up my daughter from school, so I was on a tight schedule. Corey simply asked for my keys and went to work on the tire. He invited me to relax in the lobby and encouraged me to let my younger daughters enjoy the kids’ play area while I waited.
Before I knew it, my vehicle was ready. Before I left, Corey also recommended that I consider replacing the rear tires within the next few oil changes. His recommendation was absolutely correct. Skipp had previously given me the same advice, and based on my own knowledge and experience, I knew this was genuine safety advice—not an attempt to upsell me.
I am truly grateful for Corey’s attention to detail, personable approach, courtesy, and the warm welcome he provided from the moment I walked through the door.
Great customer service should never go unnoticed, and Corey deserves recognition for the way he treated me and my family today.

The parts changer who replaced the battery on my clients 21 GMC Savana Explorer Van deserves 0 STARS. Unfortunately I'm forced to give him/her 1 STAR
Leaving the GROUND cable LOOSE at the battery is unacceptable after replacement.

GROUND CABLE LOOSE BECAUSE PARTS CHANGER OVERTIGHTENED AND STRIPPED OUT BATTERY THREADS

They made sure to fit us in when they were really busy on a Saturday and hour til closing and honored a price match. I definitely recommend for good costumer service and affordable services

My wife had a nail in her tire and wasn't able to make it home, she stopped in Mavis and Carlos assisted her throughout the sales and install process. When I arrived, I was ok with cost and chatted with him. I would recommend Mavis to anyone else.

I went to Mavis to have my tires rotated. After the service was performed, I discovered that two tires were in the wrong position. One tire never changed position and another tire wasn’t moved to the front. I know this because the two tires in question had markings on them and I know where they were before and after. I’m not even sure if the other two tires that were not marked, were even correctly rotated. How do you pay for a rotation and they don’t do it correctly? I will never go back and do not recommend them. I was there one other time and had a tire patched. The employee at the register offered me a significant discount if I would leave them a positive Google review. Unfortunately, I did so and now I know why the offer was made. They were getting such poor reviews and they needed something to counter the negativity. What kind of business has to bribe people for a positive review?

Mavis Tires Quote to do complete brake pads and rotors on a Jeep cost $250 more than salesperson quoted. He added hidden charges which should have been included in initial quote. Will not recommend Mavis Tires to anyone.
