Smh let me start off with this..I've done buisness with this place since I was 18 working at the advance auto parts across the street, im 35 now...today I had my uncle call ahead for me who's a shop mechanic that also does buisness with them for a mount and balance..I go there and not only could they not do my mount and balance they told me my uncle never called them..I went back told my uncle and when he called them back now its oh we didn't know thats who sent over and how it went from he can get worked on right away to oh its gonna be a hour wait..unprofessional totally unprofessional when you work with and network with people for something like that to happen, Especially when other shops send you buisness.

I made a reservation online which was quick and easy. I walked into my Mavis location in Floral Park and was greeted immediately. After a quick chat I was told there was one customer in front of me and they would get my car in as soon as they could. I was in and out in less then an hour for a nail in my tire.
