I've been going to Mavis location for a while and have never had a negative experience. The staff are extremely courteous and explain with detail about the service I came in for.

When I go there i do not worry that they are going to try and upsell me I trust their word. They will tell me that a plug will be ok for the leak, or like today they told me Tom you really need new tires and the brand on your car stinks we recommend " Goodyear" or what ever they thinks works. Very comforting too know that I am not going to get abused.
Thay have a great team unfortunately I see them often ( multiple cars ) :) :)
