Mavis Tire - Franklin Ave Reviews 

Mavis Tires, Franklin Square location. They are awesome indeed. I came in for an oil change. Received a tire rotation and they let me know I also needed to replace my engine filter. The employees are very patient and always greet you with a smile. Never a bad experience bringing my car in for service. The Assistant Manager Cliff and the mechanics are the best.

If I have a way to add 0 trust me I will. They sold me a 3whole years tire even when I told the guy I need a newer tires. Fast forward to 3months later I realized the sold me what I didn’t ask for. So I called and the manager John bernthis in charge of Long Island as he stated told me they can’t do nothing about it instead offering me a $30? He was so unprofessional, disgusting, and nasty to me after selling me an old tire that cost me over 1k? Never will I nor any of my family members going back here. They also stole my original sensors that came with my car and added theirs that I never asked or paid for or even knows about until I was getting this new tires. If you can, please avoid them especially the once in elmont and Franklin ave or better still, be in there with them when fixing your cars. I won’t let this slide, I’m going to make them restless for wasting my money. Never going back there.

Very happy with my service at Mavis as usual! Only confused about setting an 8am appointment (store opens at 8am) for inspection but there were still people ahead of me! Next time I won't make an appointment and I'll just show up 7:30am! LOL
