Easy Peasy
Scheduled my inspection on a Sunday. The manager, Xander was courteous and professional. Pulled my car in immediately. Inspected the vehicle and was completed in a half hour. Excellent! Highly recommend this location!

I had an appointment scheduled earlier…
I had an appointment scheduled earlier in the morning at 10am. I got there around 9:15am. The manager working the desk stated he will get to my vehicle at the time of the appointment. My schedule service was for 1 tire installed onto a new rim and balance. I left and came back around 12:45pm and still notice my vehicle parked in the same spot that I left it in. If you are setting appointment time to have your vehicle service maybe you should honor the time you are give. No courtesy call give or nothing. Maybe you should train your employees on a little customer service.

Bob just took care of me this morning…
Bob just took care of me this morning and he does a good job. At the location in Jamison. He is thorough and looks out for us checking our vehicles closely. I just had three tires replaced for our trailers and he checked me out. I like dealing with Bob. Solid employee!
