Two visits, no fixes

I have brought my vehicle to the location off of North Rd. In Orangeburg two separate times. The first time I had a check brake light and a bad wheel bearing. They told me it was an ECU problem and they could do nothing about it. I took it down the street and they replaced two brake sensors and fixed the wheel bearing problem. The next time I brought my vehicle to mavis seemed simple. Replace a tire that had a leak. My vehicle had factory chrome decorative plates over the lugs. The guy in shop told me my lugs were screwed up and I would need to buy all new studs and lugs. I told him they were caps over the lugs, he said he couldn't get the tire off. I took my vehicle down the road and they replaced my tire.
