Absolutely fantastic service and friendly staff (James was the advisor who took care of me). One of my tires developed a slow leak while I was traveling near the Mavis Tire Store at Murrells Inlet I was provided an appointment time within the next few hours. They were ready for my car when I arrived at the appointed time, fixed the tire and had me on my way all within 45 minutes. And the price was very right.:) Thank you James and Mavis tire!

Made an appointment online which was easy & convenient. Got there and they had me in and out in no time. Very efficient and friendly!

Had problem with air pressure in tire and had checked several times. Found problem with the valve and replaced at no cost. Service was excellent and courteous.

Told them my steering real was shaking when I was breaking how can they help?….. they went ahead and change something on my car, lack of communication, paid almost 400$ got in my car …. Same problem & they claim the road was too wet to test what was wrong and wants me to pay 300$ to do something else…. Karma will come

Friendly service in a timely manner. Only one thing, the oil indicator has not been changed to 100% for the last two times. Fortunately, I was shown how to reset it by one of your techs before.

Had a concern about my brakes on the driver side ,took my car right in ,checked it out and was fine . An alignment was recommended, had that done and what a difference. Glad I had that done .

This particular branch has the best customer service. They are very nice & fair. Chris is doing an awesome job as Manager! I service both my vehicles with them.
They are short staffed - but continue to perform great service! Please be patient with them.
