Sales Woman #000004 did a great & efficient service for me when my work truck needed a new tire early in the morning.

Store Manager Matt Bridges and Omari's team are great.
No pressure selling, just take time to inspect wear and tear and advise on scheduled maint. All very helpful in protecting against accelerated wear. Providing lots of honest options for working within budget.
The team has serviced two vehicles, one very high mileage. Bought 4 tires for a reasonable price and its convenient that I didn't have to go elsewhere for an alignment. Matt graciously allowed me to monitor the data from start to finish.

Shout out to the Mavis on Northlake Parkway in Tucker Ga. I have been coming here a couple of years and Hamilton and Shayla are amazing! Hamilton, the manager, is always attentive to my needs and ensures a proper repair and great price. Rolled in at closing for a failed alternator and they set up the repair for first thing the next morning. Hamilton even showed up early to make sure all parts were ready for the job. I've also had major work done, shocks, struts, etc. Always exceptional work. I highly recommend this location.

Another nail in the tire and another trip to Mavis on Northlake Parkway in Tucker. Luckily they are always quick and helpful and get me back on the road in no time. Thanks again guys!

I drive a Prius which needed a new 12 volt battery. I bought the battery and became confused and dismayed by how and where it had to be installed! This morning I called and was told to come on in. The battery was install in a matter of 20 minutes! Thank you!!!

I have mixed feelings about the service I received this morning. I felt like I was being chastised for having waited so long to get an oil change. The mechanic showed me how thick the oil was, my thoughts were but that’s why I’m here to get the oil changed. Then he says had he known he wouldn’t have touched it, he also showed me my oil cap and says this color means it’s leaking into the motor. I’ll need an engine replacement….like soon. Before my husband passed last August we had a mechanic ‘shade tree’ to do an oil change. We got what we paid for I guess. I’m getting a second opinion being as the mechanic didn’t want to work on my vehicle. To be fair, I’ll update this review after I get a second opinion on the status of my engine.

They are always so friendly and helpful. My go-to shop for all my vehicle needs.
