I came to this location because my wife's car tire was no longer holding air. Rebecca, the ASM was nice enough give me some additional information that saved me a few dollars which in this economy is so important.
After making the appointment to replace the tire for Thursday the 2nd it was discovered that the donut was no longer holding air either. I phoned the store to possibly get an earlier appointment. Rebecca told me once the tire comes in today that she would reach out and get me in which she did.
This place rocks and Rebecca is just what this company needs to continue to thrive.
The store was clean and in a great area. I will forever come here.
Keep up the great work Mavis of Richmond Hill.

Everyone was very professional

Horrible experience with this store Manager/supervisor. Today is 7 Nov 2025. I had my five tires mounted and balanced this past 3 days since it's an RV tires. He told me earlier this week it would cost me for a special price of 4 tires for $70. I paid $150 for 5. They told me the 2 tires was $45 dollars because all it needed was just balancing. Wrong. It needed 2 valve stem replaced and of course the wheel and tire had to be separated for the stem to be installed. That manager showed his displeased that I didn't buy the 5 tires from him. When I walked in to his store earlier this week. He only had 1 in stock. He said he'll have more tires be transferred to his store. I told him I'll come back. I called him and told him I have 5 tires to bring just to mount and balanced. That's when he told me he'll give me a price of $70 for 4 tires. When he find out that I will only be getting mounting/balanced/ replaced valve stem the first appt. He flipped out and showed his displeased behavior and threw his hands up in the air and told me that I cost him $50 for the transfer fee of the tires that I didn't buy. There was no commitment of buying the tires that I didn't put any money down for so why is he mad at me and take it out on me with his behavior as a customer. Then today the third day I get my 1 tire balanced. I noticed on the receipt that I was charged a fee of recycling old tire. I told his mechanic that I will be taking my used tire therefore I shouldn't be charged. He said it was GA state regulation regardless you take used tire or not. There is a charge. Ok cool. He tried to refund me the fee as I walk away. I told him to take it. I didn't take it. He should've never showed this type of behavior and upset that I cost him $50 transfer fee for the tires he requested to a paying customer period. I've been going to this Richmond hill shop and paying for the services that I needed the day they moved here 10 years or so I go. I've had great customer experience before until now! I would never go back to this Mavis shop here in Richmond Hill again just because of that Manager. The only time I would go back if that manager transferred to another shop

Being recently widowed, I appreciate the staff's friendliness and their willingness to explain everything (more than once). They even told me what was NOT necessary so that I would not spend money unnecessarily. Service was prompt and the waiting area clean and comfortable.
I feel that I can trust them even though I know absolutely nothing about cars except that mine is blue

Jimmy and his staff are the best that I have experience each time I have visited for service they never disappoint i highly recommend them five stars are not enough keep up the awesome work jimmy 👍🏾

Jimmy and his staff are absolutely amazing!! They have serviced all our vehicles since our Army relocation in 2015. The ONLY place I would recommend!!!

My experience with Mavis Discount Tire in Richmond Hill was very positive. A shout out to the technicians who worked on my car and to Brook who explained my options for available tires. The whole crew was very professional. They went above and beyond. Kept me informed and got me out the door in a timely manner. And they were polite, kind and considerate. Richard D.

Great timely oil change. Told me other things that needed to be done but not pushy at all.

The tech Richard is absolutely awesome, took much pride in my truck and was extremely professional, Brittany in the office made sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally and is also amazing, the best mavis I have been to between NY and GA and I have been to a bunch, the only people I let touch my truck other then myself! Thank you guys!!!
