Mavis Tire - Scenic Hwy Reviews 9

I’d like to share a positive review for the tire repair shop that recently helped me out. I had an issue with the wrong tire being installed on the wrong side of my car, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in no time, and the service was top-notch.

I especially want to thank the manager, Rick, who really took charge and showed great leadership. From the moment he said hello to the moment he said goodbye, everything was handled with genuine care. I really appreciate the outstanding service!

I went to the one in Loganville first and the manager blew me off when I told him I needed service done. I was the first one in the door and should have been the first one taken care of but not in this case. I will state that I am a former manager of Mavis. With that being said I am still a paying customer. After 2 customers got taken care of after me I decided to go somewhere else. I went to Grayson highway in which the manager there was polite but under staffed. There i went to Webb Ginn House and Senic highway where the manager There remembered me from when I worked with him and gave 10 star plus service. My feelings are weather you work for a company and still employed or not the way you are treated should not change because my money is just as good as everyone else. Go to the Webb Ginn location because the Manager who is managing Loganville is a big headed asteroid.

Manager was personable and pointed out other things I needed

This is the worst experience I've ever had at any establishment. So I set an appointment with this office that they say they don't have. I tell the rep at the desk that my tire is brand new I have a nail in it and you can hear the air pour out. My husband pulled in to an empty bay because there were no cars in the lot and one car up in the air at an occupied bay. The young lady at the front desk states you can't block my bay. So my husband goes out an moves it. The one man that was working in the shop stared at both me and my husband as if we had extra limbs and made both of us uncomfortable. I asked if he was the only person working because he seemed to not want to be all there. Walking like a zombie dropping tools everywhere in the oil collector (bin) etc. She stated there was another tech and there he walked out and started my truck without even noticing that the tire was completely flat and driving it would bend the rim. so I stopped him and said hey I don't want you driving on the rim.. and it will further damage the tire. can you put air in it first.. He looked at me like I was crazy and stated either you want me to fix it or you don't. I told him if it requires further damage I'm good. so he hopped out left the door open and the car running and went back inside and sat down. My husband used his own air pump to put air in the tire and drove home and called AAA. I will NEVER return and it's down the street from my home.
