Paid for new brake pad and rotors in…

Paid for new brake pad and rotors in February. Come to find out at the dealership ntb reused my old brake pads on the opposite side!!! It cost me $1000 to replace elsewhere !!! Called and asked for refund which I have to wait 2weeks to get !!! Will never go back to them. They have so many employees in and out of there it’s crazy
