If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I went there in September to get an alignment. I had just purchased new tires from somewhere else. By the beginning of December, I had NO TREAD on my back two tires and my car was fishtailing. I took my car to my mechanic, being a woman I didn't know what was going on at the time, and he told me that my tires were bald from a bad alignment. Fast forward, I took my vehicle back to the place I bought the tires and they told me the same thing. I then went back to Mavis, who had done my alignment, and the manager admitted it was an alignment issue but said it was because I knocked the alignment out by going over speed bumps. I explained that this was my daily driver and I don't go over speed bumps to get to my job. He then stated that the tire sizes were two big also for the back of the car, which was untrue because I have had those tires on my car for a long time and never had that problem until I got an alignment here. He said that he would order tires and call me. Fast forward to January still no call. I went back up there and he told me the corporate office person was in a meeting. I have gone back up there two more times and he has told me the same thing. Being that this is my daily, I have had to replace 3 tires because of a bad alignment with no compensation because the manager nor corporate office want to take accountability. I will be settling my case in court because this is absolutely ridiculous.
SN:went and got another alignment at Pep Boys and they showed me how bad the tires were. They were at a 50 something and 60 something and I think they should be no more than 15 if done correctly. I asked him if he wanted to see the pictures and of course he didn't.

Marcus has been contacted and he was supposed to call back. I have given him 5 days and I was told when I called todayhe would call back in 15 minutes. That was 6 hours ago and they are now closed. One more call tomorrow and if I don’t get a resolution then I know what I need to do. I have so much that I am confident about winning in court I am just trying to get them ample opportunity so they can see I exhausted everything I could do to resolve. It is now the 27th of January and still no call back.
Worse company Ever!!!!

I've been a customer 10+ years so I've been able to see the shift from Kauffman to Mavis; Donte is a welcome addition to the staff. His customer service is spectacular! Steve is also another great individual who goes above and beyond for customers. I don't know his name, but the Asian guy has also awesome!
Just wanted to say Thank you to the manger Steven at the Stockbridge, Ga 30281 location. My grandson went in with a slicking on rear brakes. Steven took a moment to explain what was going on. Very professional and I want to thank him for that.
This place is trash. They mess up my dad car while his mom in is the hospital for open heart surgery and won’t give him a rental car. Don’t come here. They need to get shut down for a trash place they are
