Bad management

Well, I’m a little bit disappointed from today’s visit. First of all guy answering the phone yesterday put me on 20 minutes hold and when I call back, he was just still keep hanging up the phone. Finally, after scheduling my appointment to remove the nail they offer him brand new tire $700 for our Range Rover. The guy didn’t wanna do anything with our tire so we end up going somewhere else. Seems like the nail didn’t puncture deep enough the tire so we just got fixed it on the spot. So please be advised and take another opinion somewhere else. Seems like the new management still doesn’t do the work.
