Good work, bad time management
The job was done well however, there were not enough technicians to do all the jobs on Saturday. I dropped my car off Friday night for my Saturday appointment. The car was ready late Saturday but no one called to tell me. It is now ready on Sunday. I was unable to attend an event Saturday evening which I had paid for out of pocket and subsequently lost the money for it. The work done was fine but the time management was not and severely impacted me and my family
