What a disappointment
What a disappointment! I ordered a kitchen play set for when our grandsons come over to visit and today I received a winter hat, same tracking number as the kitchen set. Don’t want the hat. Want a full refund. I also notified my credit card company and the CAFC (Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre). I sent mavisse a message requesting a refund. They messaged back saying it was an employee’s fault for sending the wrong item. I guess a kitchen set and a hat look similar 😁. No mention of sending the correct item.

LATEST UPDATE: Confirmed by RCMP Anti Fraud that this is a counterfeit company. Was told to provide their email to my credit card company and to destroy the product once I received my refund. Not to interact with the company and not to attempt to ship anything back. I recommend reporting it to the Canadian Anti Fraud department if you're in Canada.
Update: after reporting them to my credit card company, I heard back. They first tried to tell me that they can see the item arrived and when I explained that it was not the item I ordered they then indicated that they can see it was wrongly packaged by their warehouse worker. They wanted to give me 30% off to cover their shipping. Got a whole story about hard work and family issues. I’ve asked for a full refund. This was 2 days ago. Still waiting…

Ordered a dollhouse, received some knee supports. Can’t reach the company to troubleshoot. I see I’m not alone as other reviewers are saying the same thing. I feel bad for my toddler as this was supposed to be her Christmas present.

I see I'm not alone. I ordered the play kitchen and got a hat, too. The package the hat came in had a second mailing label glued over the first. I peeled it off and discovered the tracking number they told me was for the play kitchen. SCAM
