What is a residential EPC? An EPC is a legal document that measures the energy efficiency of a property. We provide a fast service for homeowners and landlords to provide a survey and certificates What is Commercial EPC? A Commercial EPC is a mandatory requirement for commercial properties including offices, retail units and industrial units when properties are being sold or let. A commercial EPC comes with recommendations that report and outlines how the energy performance of the building could be improved What is a SAP assessment? A SAP Assessment is an energy assessment carried out to show compliance with the Building Regulations* *Approved Document L1A or Approved Document L1B) There are many types of development that SAP calculations fall under: Domestic extensions New dwellings Dwellings Created by a Change of Use

Non intrusive appointment with member of Max Design and competitvley priced for a 24 hr turn around!!

48 plot mill conversion

We used Max Energy Consultants to carry out the SAPS and EPC’s for our 48 plot mill conversion. They were easy to work with and delivered our paperwork promptly following inspections being carried out. Would highly recommend

Highly recommended

Following a recommendation I used Max Energy Consultancy to carry out an EPC survey of my retail premises. The assessor was very professional & thorough & the certificate was received promptly. Excellent service & highly recommended.
