Many products, easy to order

Ordered an Artisan Raiden Soft and it arrived without any damages. Shipping took a while (around 3 weeks) but it worked and is definitely legit. So don't worry. Support was also quick and answered a question regarding shipping.

Got the GPX Superlight 2 on sale, coating went bad and the middle click started working weird after 1.5 years - sent back after discussing with support. Local delivery lost the mouse - got the same new mouse for that.

Terrible online store.
I ordered a mouse pad that was supposedly dispatched on the 28th of April. Package tracking was non functional until I checked it on the 19th of May, where I saw the mouse pad had been returned to sender.

Contacting customer service did not help, they had no idea what happened and didn't even over to send it again, they just refunded my purchase and told me I could order it again. Doesn't sound so bad, except they actually raised the price of the mouse pad I was interested in, from 62.89 € to 74.90 €.

I ordered a mouse pad that took over two weeks to arrive. The size didn’t convince me, so I decided to return it.
It’s now been a month since I returned the product in perfect condition. The return tracking has shown for over two weeks that the item was delivered, yet I’ve received no updates, no refund.
Customer support is unpleasant and condescending. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
Like others, I got scammed with the return. MaxGaming is a scam, they couldn’t care less about providing after-sales service. They sell their products and then ignore you.
I’ve opened a PayPal dispute.

This company is the worst company in the world. They don't provide any support and they are very thieves. If you buy something, you can't give it back to them. They are scammers.

Best customer service I've ever encountered!

Ordered without looking at the reviews because their site looked extremely trustworthy. Well, after that decided to check the reviews, and got scared that I would face the same issues, but..

I placed an order on Saturday - DHL Express, to Lithuania. They sent it out on Monday, it got to my house Tuesday morning. Obviously many businesses don`t work during weekends, and delivery companies don`t pick up orders as well, as far as I know, so that made sense, and 2-4 days promise was kept even with that.

Ordered GPX2 and bunch of different glides. GPX2 was new, unsealed, 3 different types of glides were correctly put in the box, and the box was filled with paper to protect the products. Order confirmation was sent to my e-mail immediately after payment, tracking information was available the day it was sent out, so I really had 0 issues, therefore, I have to give it five stars.

Even though I had great experience, the number of those 1-star reviews with such awful details is still really, really concerning.

EDIT 24/06/25:

So I had 4 more orders (Wooting 80 HE, Artisan Zero Soft, Razer BS V2 Pro, more mouse feet), and had zero issues with them.

The only issue is with DHL. No point to pay express, it will never get delivered in two days again it seems, also they ditch delivering to your house — choosing DPD from now on. So yeah, good store actually, I totally recommend.
