The item was purchased Dec 16 scheduled to arrive by the 29th. The item was never received by the carrier and despite repeated requests for update and refund, I received neither. They told me it was on the way and to keep checking.
A month later, Jan 23 I received an update that it would be on it's way. Asked again for a refund. They said ask again when it arrives. Product was a month late and they are now not responding to emails.

I ordered an "In stock" item. Tracking has never updated since its conception on 12/17/2024. It has been a month since the shipping label was created and my order is still in Sweden waiting to be processed.
Update 1:
Maxgaming has responded to my email stating that tracking updates are sparse to none once the item leaves Sweden. I've stated that the tracking indicated that the item never left.
Update 2:
1.5 weeks after Update1. I notified Maxgaming that tracking still indicates that the order is processing in Sweden, Maxgaming acknowledged there are issues with shipments sent out to DHL on 12/15/2024 - 12/17/2024. Currently, no resolution and am told to wait as they conduct their investigation.
Update 3:
DHL has located the package within their warehouse and now the package is moving. As of this update it has been 42 days since the order was marked as shipped, final update will depend if the package received is correct and in working condition.
Overall I'm dissatisfied with the way Maxgaming handled this situation, instead of expediting shipping for a product that could've been deemed "lost in transit" they opted to inconvenience the customer by providing shallow responses and allowing absurd wait times to happen.

Ordered Christmas gift from maxgaming. They have sent me wrong item. We provided photos and everything. Instead of sending new item first they want me to send it back first before they send correct item. I must pay for new packaging and bring it back to the PPL pickup point on my own. Closest PPL point is several kilometres away by car. So their customer spent own money on packaging and fuel to amend their mistake. Btw they refuse to order pick-up at our place which is common practice for other companies here. Customer care 1/5. Probably my worst experince with EU online shop. Far from Scandinavian standards. I would like to hear from the Maxgaming whether this is their common practice. Thanks for ruining Christmas gift!
Update: it's over 20 days and no reaction. So we asked them what's going on. And they told us it is in DHL warehouse. Utter nonsense, it takes up to 3 days if you send package from CZ to DE. Customers service is absolute joke. I will just request money back.

I've purchased already a few times on MaxGaming and have no issues with delivery or quality, all fine with that. What I do have a serious problem is the non existing customer support. I am waiting almost two months now to get a response for an RMA request, due to a faulty middle button on the mouse I've bought last year (which is certainly under guarantee covered for at least 3 years, as per EU right). I wouldn't complain at all, if the support at least answers "No, not possible", because then at least, I'd have an answer, although not a satisfying one. Either way, I've forwarded this today to Verbraucherzentrale Berlin. Hope you'll have fun dealing with EU rights and laws, if you can't even keep your own AGB. Certainly not letting down on this one. I don't want my money back, I want a replacement mouse as per RMA right required!
