I placed two separate orders.

With the first order, the delivery was sent to a service location that clearly stated they are not cooperating with this company and had already informed them multiple times.

With the second order, one tire arrived, but the second one was missing for more than 1.5 months. During this time, I had to go through long and frustrating communication, including contacting my card provider and initiating a consumer protection complaint.

What made the situation even worse was the communication style of one of their representatives, Natalia. The tone of her messages was unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of helping, I was repeatedly asked to prove and repeat the same information.

Eventually, the missing tire arrived after a very long delay, but the entire process was stressful and poorly handled.

I do not recommend this company!!!

We’re sorry to read about this experience, and we understand how stressful it is when a delivery is sent to a fitting/service location that won’t accept it, and when a tire is missing for so long.

Regarding the first order: our partner locations are expected to keep their information up to date. If a location is no longer cooperating and hasn’t updated this, we need to investigate why the shipment was still routed there and prevent it from happening again.

Regarding the second order: while shipments can sometimes be split into multiple parcels due to transport constraints, a delay of 1.5 months is clearly not the level of service we aim for. We also take your feedback about the communication tone very seriously—this will be reviewed internally.

As you’ve already been in contact with our team, your case will be prioritized internally so it can be checked quickly and handled appropriately. Missing items

I placed an order for 2 products and the company advertised 24–48 hour delivery, but only 1 item was shipped. Their own website also showed that only part of the order had been dispatched. I submitted a refund request for the undelivered item, and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. The biggest problem is that they have given absolutely no reply on any of their customer support platforms. Not a delayed reply, not a meaningless reply, but no reply at all. Based on my experience, the order was not properly fulfilled and the customer support has been completely unresponsive.

Edit after reply:
I already opened a ticket with ticket number #2805531.

It is also important to mention that on your side the missing item appears as if it was sent for shipping and still not sent for shipping at the same time!!!

I also contacted your customer support through every available channel, and I have multiple screenshots and emails proving that no response was provided for weeks. Your company simply did not respond and showed no real care in resolving this issue, even after I requested a partial refund.

For orders with multiple items, it can happen that the shipment is split into separate parcels due to transport constraints, which is why you may see only part of the order dispatched on the tracking/website.

That said, if one item is still not delivered and you’ve already submitted a refund request, please share your ticket/reference number (or order number) here (without personal data) so we can escalate your case internally and have it handled as a priority by our service after-sales team.
