Általánosságban: ha a gumi gyártási ideje (DOT) több mint 36 hónap, azt a weboldalon külön jelöljük; 36 hónapon belüli DOT esetén nem minden esetben tüntetjük fel. A szakszerűen tárolt abroncsok minősége a gyártástól számítva hosszabb ideig is megfelelő marad.
Kérjük, nyisson egy hibajegyet az ügyfélszolgálatunknál az ügyfélfiókján keresztül, és csatolja:
- a rendelési számot,
- mind a 4 abroncs DOT-fotóját (a DOT-kód jól olvashatóan).
