The service is awesome

The service is good, and everything is very legitimate. The shipping from the pharmacy is fast as well. I am hoping that we can see more products in the future, like GHK-Cu or some other things.

Maximus made the process of onboarding and initial lab work very streamlined. Provider is great. A few delays with shipping but most medication is shipped promptly after provider approves refill

Poor customer service, would not recommend.

After paying, I was given a single appointment time with the prescribing physician: 10:20 PM Eastern Time on a Friday night. For obvious reasons, this was not an appointment time that I wanted to keep, but there was no other availability on the physician's calendar.

I reached out to customer support multiple times, and five days later they have not offered any resolution or even acknowledged the issue at hand. I regret signing up with Maximus.

Love the prompt responses from the team. However, the doctor did not really fully answer all my questions in regards to what protocol is the right fit for me. I think there needs to be better communication from the doctors.

So far so good

So far so good everything except my TRT treatment came within a week of purchase I'd recommend it to others most definitely.
