These guys claim to be some kind of a legal firm, but we purchased an article placement for SEO purposes. It was placed on a website that in the end lost 100% of it's organic traffic (meaning that it's probably delisted by Google). We initially thought that our article got delisted, but the issue was that all of their articles seem to be delisted (I am making this assumption as they lost 100% of organic traffic).
I contacted them within Paypal and they did not respond for two messages in 12 days. So I had to escalate the case - that's when they noticed me attempting to talk to them.
However, they claimed that they never gave any guarantees (at the same time they never said that the website they sold placement on probably does practices that are against Google policies and will get delisted). Moreover, they said it's a normal thing that the article can get delisted...maybe true, but when you sell placements on websites that do some shady SEO, then you are responsible for giving funds back.
They offered to replace the article on the same site and attempt to relist it, but clearly when the website lost 99-100% of it's organic traffic being related to it will probably do more harm than good.
It was also funny how they attempted to play down not replying for two weeks...they claimed that message from Paypal was in their spam folder (so how did they get the escalation message)? Also you can see that you have a new case within Paypal, so they simply ignored my messages and then tried to play it down.
Never got my money back. So, I strongly suggest not purchasing SEO related products from these guys.
