Claim experience with Matthew D
Our experience with Matthew D was exceptional! Right from the day of the loss in August, he contacted us and explained in detail what the claim process would entail.
He broke down into small steps what seemed overwhelming at the time. He was professional and diligent in every interaction. He provided us with options to help us make the choice right for us.

Nathan was the 4th rep on my claim and this claim took 11 months to complete. Compared to the previous 3 reps Nathan was the swiftest and most efficient with my time. This means the previous 3 reps wasted my time, while Nathan respected my time in dealing with this claim.

Happy with the end results
Since the first call with Heath, I felt confident that Max Insurance would be taking care of my claim with diligence and consideration. He took the time to explain the process, which I appreciated, since it was my first claim. The contractors did a great job and I'm happy with the end results. Only thing I wished for was more updates along the process.

Excellent Service and Support from Max Insurance
I had a very positive experience with Max Insurance. Their service was efficient, timely, and well-coordinated, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Communication was always clear and responsive, and I felt informed and supported throughout the entire process.
The restoration company they assigned was professional, responsible, and detail-oriented. They handled the repairs with great care and kept the project on track, which really gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went from start to finish.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Max Insurance. They are doing an excellent job in terms of speed, transparency, and customer support. If there is one area for future improvement, it would be to offer more proactive updates before customers need to ask—but even without that, my experience was extremely positive. I would happily recommend Max Insurance to others.
