I’m a skeptical person just like the rest of us checking here for reviews and opinions. I’m glad I decided to call and speak with someone instead of only judging off the reviews themselves because some were understandable and some were just absurd. It was great. From start to finish. My only complaint and it’s really not a complaint I’m just an impatient person, but it took almost 2 weeks to get my meds delivered. So I know for next time to reorder with enough time for delivery so I’m not missing a week or 2 of my injections. The follow ups are great. The meds work. Happy customer!

Can’t say enough about this company so far. I was previously with another company on semiglutide, which was not so effective, not sure if it was bc of the compound ingredients, but I have to say starting at the dose the dr gave me at max life on Tirzepatide has made the biggest difference. I am going through menopause and the cravings were still happening but not with the Tirzepatide. Maxlife has been great from the start. They have checked in with me constantly making sure I’m doing everything correctly. The dr took my previous dosing and medication into consideration when switching me over to the new medication, which is not compounded and watered down. I have ish I would’ve started with them a long time ago. I have little to no cravings at all and finally after two weeks losing weight quickly yet I’m not hungry ever !! Can’t wait for the next couple months to see where I’m at.
The staff has been so incredible and always respond within a couple hours sometimes even minutes. Can’t say enough good about this company. Thanks MaxLife staff !!

The representative, Emily made my experience simple and exciting. She took the work out of the pre qualification process. Also, she gave me clarity. It’s been only two days and I’m approved. Maxlife has the most reasonable offer of all the companies I’ve come across so far. They didn’t ask me to provide any card information while online. Emily asked during our phone call, towards the end. She also specified that there’s no cost until you’ve been approved. I’m excited and looking forward to receiving my supply

I have been working with MaxLife for approximately 5 months. I had tried two other companies who falsely advertised the actual price by saying it was so much cheaper without mentioning it was just a first month introductory price and failed to mention that it would increase the following month and increase even more as your dose increases. They also charged for monthly support services approx $75-$100/mo.that was separate from the medication charge. MaxLife does not do any of this! MaxLife is straightforward as well as cheaper than the other companies I compared pricing with. The support team is amazing! They are honest, no hidden fees and they have the best customer service support yet! I can call and if I get a message that all representatives are busy helping other customers, I have the option to leave a message and always get a call back in a very timely manner. They also do text messages and answer you promptly. I have not had a negative experience with MaxLife yet. My experience with working with Dr.s for a dose increase has always been phenomenal! They certainly work with you and your needs as each individual may vary depending on your health conditions as well as any side effects anyone may or may not experience. MaxLife customer service support team is amazing. They are super friendly, professional and always show they care. I enjoy working with MaxLife on my weight loss journey which works great! When I real my goal which is 30 more lbs. I will continue with the medication to keep the weight off. I am so happy I found MaxLife. It’s been a true game changer for me. There’s nothing negative I could say about them.

Very disappointing!!! In the beginning they were very responsive to all of my questions, once I joined they would take days to respond, they charge my card without sending me my dosage! I'm done with Maxlife! After I'm asking them to refund me, they want to stick to the 30 day policy, so you're so faithful to the policy while RIPPING ME OFF!!

They were easy to talk to and had the best price for me. If you are looking for injection weight loss it has to start here. My insurance stopped covering it so I wanted to keep losing so I turned to maxlife the best thing I did.

It quickly became apparent that Maxlife’s main concerns is their own financial bottom line. I was never told that I was signing into a monthly contract with high cancellation costs. Their customer support is quite rude and somewhat threatening in regards to cancellation. The fact is they are deceptive about the true financial cost.

The staff at MaxLife have been pretty darn awesome!!!! The girls on the phone are always very nice and pleasant and able to answer all of my questions!!! If I had to leave a message, They always returned my call in a timely manner. I've only had a couple problems with the shipping but once I contacted customer service the issues were taken care of quickly. If you are looking for a somewhat easy way to lose weight and not have to pay 1000's for the medication, these are definitely the folks to speak to!!!!!! Congratulations to all of the staff for a job done very well!!!! I most certainly will be referring friends and family to you and anybody else that may ask how I have lost all this weight and look so good lol. MaxLife is the best if you are serious about loosing weight. They are fast and easy to work with. They tell you exactly what to expect and how much you are going to pay according to the medication you choose which is very reasonable. I work first with Aubrey. She is so nice and explains everything easily for me to understand. After I finished with the medical questionnaire which takes about 3 minutes, Emily texted me. She is very nice too. Another thing I love about MaxLife is you do everything through text. They will only call if they have questions. The best thing I have done for myself so far is contacting MaxLife. Thank you Aubrey and Emily.
