MaxLife’s customer service advocates are very attentive and follow up regularly to make sure that you fully understand how to administer your shots and to see if you have any questions or concerns. This is quite honestly the best experience I’ve had with obtaining Tirzepatide. I would absolutely, and will fully recommend MaxLife to all of my friends and family who need it!!!!!

Great customer service very professional. Just started medication 4 days ago. Grateful for the instructions on how to administer injection along with all the helpful information about medication. They were willing to match another company’s pricing while still offering the same customer support. I received my package much earlier than anticipated, and now will begin to start my process with the medication. Will definitely follow up with my weight loss journey!

CONSUMER BEWARE
First off I want to say that I write for the consumers and not against the company. My reviews are for the hard-working consumers because we all are.
The medicine was shipped to me from Florida & I live in Oregon. This was as you see by the date in the spring.
I received warm medicine & a melted cold pack. The syringes that aren't even the right size for the doses. The dosing markers, for my dosing, aren't on the 100 unit syringes I received. I should have gotten the 50 unit syringes for my dosing schedule. They use the 100 unit syringes because they're cheaper so that just tells me so is their medicine.
Because I got it extremely warm I'm afraid to take it and I don't have the right syringes even if I wanted to so it's all garbage and hopefully they'll refund me. I will update my review.
I've been with other programs I've never experienced anything like this they are a joke and if they think I'm putting warm medicine just because they say it's safe into my body they're very wrong.
I WOULD DEFINITELY ADVISE STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM.

Initially I was interested in Maxlife and everything appeared to be alright...until it was not. I dealt with Fernandi& Fatima. All I recieved was the runaround. I decided not to go with this company because it appears they are skipping certain steps and basically trying to force prescriptions on people whether you approve or not. That in my opinion is very unprofessional. I sent emails, text msgs, left phone calls stating I was no.longer interested in what they have to offer and they are choosing to ignore my request by stating..." someone will be in touch with you shortly"...meanwhile there's no call and they are continuing to process a prescription you've constantly stated you dont want. I must aay Im very disappointedin this company and have to wonder if they're simply desperate for business. Maxlife IMO has got to l do better

Again, I will say these people are amazing. You really care about your health journey I needed. To speak to someone about the back order and they took the time to explain it to me and make sure that I understood that it was going to be here in a short six more days they got back to me right away.

At first I gave maxlife a 5 star rating. But there are communication issues. I was using LSH for my tirz and maxlife said they can beat the price. Yes they offered 25 dollars cheaper. But LSH offers in tiers. Which are good for approx 8-10 weeks and pay after you fill out a refill request then your billed. Tier 3 is 499. I would be moving up to tier 4 which is 625.00. For 10 weeks. With maxlife they automatically charge your CC every month. I wasn’t aware of this and it’s not cheaper at all. In fact maxlife is more expensive. I was under the impression that they were going to be the same as LSH. I’ve never been with a telehealth that automatically takes from your CC monthly unless you requested a refill. First off I can’t afford monthly. Plus I dose differently due to side effects. So I might not need another month. Depending on how I’m feeling and the dose. I felt very much mislead. They do not have a portal. Correspondence is via text or a call or email. I had to ask for a copy of my invoice which was strange. I did get my meds within a week from a pharmacy I never heard of called DIRX. I googled it. It says it’s neither a 503a or 503b. I did ask CS and they said it is a 503b. I’m questioning that. Just be careful with this establishment. They ask for a month notice to cancel. That’s what I did immediately. I best not get any more charges on my CC.

I’m just waiting on my first shipment to come in. I’m excited for it. I have done something like this in the past and lost lotta weight. The customer service is wonderful. They even match prices with other companies to make it competitive all you have to do if you see something tell them and they will honor it so far my experience is in this wonderful. I will write another review later.
