I ordered in April 2020, the order never left China. I understood the circumstances with China and travel so I remained patient although nothing was every communicated to me regarding my order. Months later I touched based to follow up and advise of my next address (in case they ever delivered) and no response again. Months later again I received an email to confirm it had been send to the original address (where I no longer live), so I email to advise that I no longer live in the original address and the attitude towards me was all bad! I requested a refund and after weeks of back and forth, they agreed. On the 21st of October I received an email confirming that I'll receive my refund in 7-15 business days, it has now been 18 business days and no refund in my account. This company is terrible, I just want my refund!

I ordered from them in March 2020, my credit card was charged straight away but I have never recieved my order 89.00. I have just sent my third email to them with no reply to any of my previous emails........when I checked their website tracking my order number no longer appears .....seems very dodgy.

I placed my order 4/2/20 for a paint by number set and recv notice was shipped but it never left China. I have contacted the company numerous times and they kept saying was shipped. Had a friend in HK investigate and the company address they provide is not real
I never recv my painting - but I keep getting email advertisements that I reply to ...but nothing. SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!!

I wish I would have researched Maxnovelty before purchasing. I ordered my paint by number in March 2020. I have contacted the company six times and each time they said the painting has been processed so they will not refund my money. The tracking information shows the item was never shipped, therefore I should not be charged. I am so disappointed in their customer service. Clearly, the focus is not on customer satisfaction. I plan on reporting them to the BBB.

Worst online company ever! Do not purchase from this company. They do not give you enough paint to finish even half of your painting. I have contacted them on numerous occasions with no reply. I now have an unfinished painting I spent hours upon hours on and can't finish it because they won't provide the paint to do so. This is the first negative review I've ever written for any company and they deserve it!

In a way, I feel badly for them. I ordered 4 paint by numbers kits in March. Very poor communication if any. No ability to track my order. By May, I concluded the items weren't coming and asked my credit card company to investigate. They recredited my account. I have no idea whether they got the money back from max. I bet not. But, in early August, our items arrived. Haven't checked the paint yet. May be dry like others have said. I would definitely not buy from them again.

Very poor service I waited 3 months to get my order, one of the paint by numbers had wrong colours than those advertised _ the sky was green and bluetit birds orange ! Despite contacting them and sending pictures I received no replies

i ordered 3 paintings in late April, and they arrived this week. It did take a long time and i was only able to get in touch with the company once, but my delivery eventually did come! I think they cannot provide information once orders have sent to their warehouse.

I ordered a paint by numbers kit 7 months ago - they said there was delays so I was patient... 3 months ago I asked where it was - they apologized and said it was lost in the mail and would I like it resent - I responded and said yes. Nothing.

Ordered in April and still waiting........ no words to describe such poor service. Fed up of sending emails trying to chase up my orders and yet they still bombard me with emails about fabulous discounts on offer 🙄🤣
Someone somewhere is making lots of money from us all. At what point will the authorities step in and close this scam company down???

Terrible product and service! Ordered in March and received in Sept. Paint hard. Not enough paint to do pucture. No brushs. No communication after dozens of emails. BUYER BEWARE! If you really love the print try Amazon.

After posting a complaint on this website I finally received the ordered item 7 months later! It's the only thing that actually made a difference, as emailing the company repeatedly amounted to nothing. I asked for a refund multiple times because I have no need for the paint-by-numbers set after all this time (it was supposed to be a birthday present for someone). Not only that, but it's not even worth the money ($40 for the framed canvas) and definitely not worth the wait. Give us a refund Maxnovelty, not your dissapointing product after such a long wait.

So mad at myself for falling for this! I usually read and heed reviews. I ordered 5 units in May. The money was taken from my account promptly... no product...and now it’s nearly October! I’ve emailed several times, they sent me a spreadsheet with tracking info, which stated that my order was returned due to nonpayment. Super confusing since I have the withdrawal from my account! I smell a huge overseas rat!!!

People do not make any purchase from them, they are scammers, they are taking money, but you will not receive your item never.
I bough from them one item on March 2020,
And today already the end of September, i emailed them 2 months ago asking them whenever i csn receive my item, they replied that that the item will be for a delay, but exuse me 7 months...
Also, I emailed them a letter asking to return money back- No Response.
This is my first and hope the last one bad experience. 😪

Ordered 2 pbn 9 April, follow up emails 24 June and 24 July. One pbn received 1 September. Follow up email 6 September asking for a refund. Nothing. I can accept delays due to Covid but communication is terrible.

I would give it no stars if I could. I placed an order for one item on April 8, 2020. I emailed them repeatedly as to the status of my order as weeks and then months went by. I never received any reply. Lo and behold the item finally arrived on September 18. Over 5 months, and in the end, it isn’t worth it. Do not order from this company.

Absolutely ridiculous - total scam. I ordered in March and they are still saying it is coming!?!?

I ordered two PBN on 3 April. There was nothing and I actually forgot I’d ordered them. On 23 August I emailed to ask for a refund and they said it was on its way. It arrived a few days later. Clearly it wasn’t sent until I followed it up.

A little research shows this is normal for this business.

I ordered 5 pbn back in early March, and basically lost all contact after they took me money. I tried to follow up numerous times only being replied to once which wasn't too helpful. I asked for a refund or at least an update on the status of my parcel. I had given up by the end of it, however last week it finally arrived after 6.5 months! everything looks exactly as pictured online.
