Absolutely the worse company. DO NOT understand how they can get away with this. Better Business Bureau needs to step in on this scam of a company. Their customer service if that's what you want to call it is pretty much non existent.

I've ordered in April and the painting arrived mid September.
Nevertheless, everything looks exactly as what I ordered in the package.

It's been 7 1/2 months since I ordered. Asked for refund twice. Didn't get a reply.

I ordered my painting 6 months ago, still have not arrived. I have emailed them so many times it ridiculous. I have asked for a refund.... but I can not even get a reply.
Only use this company if you want to be scammed!!!!! If u want to throw your money away, send it to me instead, I will happily take it!

They sent me the wrong painting and have ignored my repeated attempts at contacting them.

I bought 2 paintings in April 2020 costing approx $90Aud. In August, with no paintings and only an automated reply on email from Max Novelty, I attempted to cancel the payment from my bank. Just before that was finalised, my paintings appeared from China. Paint quality is ok but I would never use them again. 5 months with no explanation... stay away!

Just ordered my second kit from them and received it in less than three weeks. Much faster turnaround than the first kit ordered in March which took about 2 months. I believe they are now shipping somethings from the US. Shipping label appeared to be from New Jersey. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I placed an order for two paint by numbers kits in April. I just received it on Sept. 12th. It arrived with two canvas paintings and NO paints for either one of the paintings. This company is a joke.

Ordered in March and have yet to receive any order. Shame on me for not checking reviews. I have NEVER been scammed by an online company before, so I let my guard down. Think of the money they bring in from every order they never ship out ( a min of $20 per order). They keep doing it and we are the suckers. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!

I just received my order today 12/9/20 after ordering in April. Tried to contact them in the beginning to see what was happening but never heard a word from them. Their tracking system didn't work either. The goods look to be quite good quality although not started painting yet but because of terrible, non existence customer care I won't be using them again.

Painting finally arrived after 5 months in transit. The quality is very poor, the colours are different to the picture and there is no colour chart. Very disappointed

We ordered in March. My husband tried several times to contact them. No response. We reported them to our credit card co and got a refund AND then we received it FIVE months later and now they want they their money. This was terrible business. It seems as soon as we got our money back they found our order and processed it. Will not order from here ever again.

Absolutely terrible, my order was "in transit" for 3 months and then one day the shipping information didn't exist any more. Requested a refund several times and got no response. Really regret this purchase, and would never shop with them again I'm disgusted.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND THEY REFUSE TO ISSUE REFUNDS

Ordered a kit in March - it is now September and it hasn't arrived. The so called Customer Service doesn't exist. Beware - this is a scam! Do not use this Company.

I placed my order on 11 April 2020 and after 5 months it has turned up today - I can't believe it. Hang in there.....

Similar story as every one here. I ordered on 29 April, payment charged and no delivery. I got the tracking number from their excel file on website, which does not associate to any parcels. Kept sending emails to chase with no response. After 3 months, the parcel was finally sent out from the warehouse in China. It took another 5 weeks for China Post to get it delivered to me.
I had two very bad experiences ordering number paintings (this one and Paint by Numbers). I think they are the same scam as both parcels seem to come from the same warehouse. I wish somebody can recommend us a normally-working number painting seller.
And here's the most important line >> DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

My review is very similar to most peoples here. I ordered multiple Paint by Numbers on April 5 2020, and still have yet to receive. The first time I reached out to the company (May 2020) I was given an apology and a tracking number. The tracking number still indicates no package associated with it and the company has yet to respond to my requests for a refund.
Ultimately I'm disappointed I did not check these reviews before ordering as it seems many people have had the same issues.

My story is the same as most of the others here. I ordered two paint-by-numbers sets on April 3, 2020, which is the day they charged my credit card. Today is September 4, 2020 and I haven't received anything. The last email response I received from them was April 23, 2020 and, like all the other reviews, it contained a link to a spreadsheet with a bogus tracking number. I'd give this company zero stars if Trustpilot would let me.

I placed an order in April. My credit card was charged for purchase. Many months later I had not received order and contacted company by email. No reply. I placed a review of this on their web page last week.
Today I received my order, six months after order was placed. I can only say don't give up. Would never order from this company again.
