We ran a successful large Trade Show on the 1st floor of a famous racecourse grandstand and the Max Velocity team really helped keep the attendees occupied throughout on the 4 F1 Simulators. On arrival though, we all found the Goods Lift had shorted overnight and a spare part would not be available until the next day. After considerable effort and painstaking measurements, the MV team managed to get the machines up in the Kitchen Lift instead - very hard work all round, followed by 7hrs on duty (with breaks!) Rob and the team were excellent - thank you guys!

Max Velocity Events provided an absolutely brilliant, world-class experience for our high-stakes Commercial filming day at Brands Hatch and were indispensable in managing the complex logistics.

The brief was technically demanding: we needed a genuine Force India F1 car that was movable for realistic on-camera pit entry and exit shots + everything in between. They expertly handled every detail, from arranging a partial wrap on the car for specific branding to sourcing bespoke wardrobe for 15 people, including race suits, helmets, gloves, and boots etc.

They didn't just supply a genuine F1 car; they brought a full team of 15 professional technicians and successfully navigated securing the Brands Hatch Circuit pit lane and essential garages. Their planning covered essential production elements like coordinating the car's delivery, including an overnight logistics stop for the towing vehicle, arranging key props like the pitboard and flight cases, and sourcing all our custom wardrobe - they took all the logistical stress away!

We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Max Velocity Events for any demanding professional filming or high-end event requirement—we simply would not have been able to do it without them.

We worked with Max Velocity Events for our annual User Conference in Paris in May 2025. The rep, Gemma, who we worked with, responded quickly to all my emails/questions, she explained the costs, set-up, tear-down and all the details we wanted to know!

The rep Ben who was onsite at our event was friendly and interacted with our customers and partners for long hours and days in our Exhibit Hall. He managed the set-up and tear-down and we didn't have to worry about a thing! I would highly recommend using them and I plan to use them again for my future events!
