Ordered some sunglasses at 8:30am paid for ground shipping only for them to use their free shipping label. Called them and they said they would fix it. Both labels now track. But neither say UPS Ground or UPS Mail Innovations has the package despite the fact that I ordered early enough for the ordered to be fulfilled and it to be picked up by UPS per their shipping policy at 3:30pm. I guess they got back at me for calling about their shipping label mistake that they held my package up!!!

The company is under new ownership and has really turned around their ordering and shipping times ! Great product at a great price !

This was my first time ordering from Maxx. My son loves these sunglasses so I bought him some for Xmas. Ordered on Dec 14 and received them on the 27th. I know the holidays could make the delivery long but I never received a tracking number just a order confirmation. Tried to email but got no response. Finally I called and was able to get a tracking on when it should be delivered the gentleman was very friendly but I believe it should not have come down to calling to find out where my order was.

It took a full week to put my order through the system. I think the only reason they even put it through them was that I emailed asking when it would be delivered

I got the maxx snowboard goggles and was worried they would be cheap. Man was i wrong!!! I love these goggles!!! Look good, work great and price cant be beat. These are on par with much more expensive pairs. I highly reccomend.

Delivery took longer than expected and my experience in the past. the tint of the lenses was a slight darker than in the past for the same model of glasses

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered, checked status of the order online,,, UNFULFILLED !!!!
Finally got them on the phone after several days of trying and was told they moved into a different wharehouse. No apology or credit for shipping just an excuse why it took so long. Still have not received them. Last oeder there.

Ordered 2 pair of sunglasses on November 16. Called your offices on November 28 and still hadn't received them. Guy on phone said the retail department was busy and they would have to call me back. Gave my number to him and never heard a thing from anyone. Your service department and timely shipping sucks.

I ordered 5 pair. It's been three weeks and I still don't have my order. Still don't have a shipment confirmation. I have emailed twice. They replied both times with no shipment date. Spoke to them on the phone once, still no shipment date. No apologies either, just a comment about mu order "still being in the warehouse".

I've bought from here before with no problems. Product is good. Not sure what is going on with Maxx today.

love the sunglasses, same quality lenses as more expensive brands!!

They took my money, never delivered the glasses and do not reply to any emails. Avoid them, which is a pity as the glasses were quite good...I’m afraid I will never see my glasses or my money.

We received our sunglassed finally . They are not what we ordered. They are plain black and of very poor quality. We will not be ordering any more glassed from Maxx. Very disappointed.

Great product, efficient service. I received my order in just a few days. Pleased with the product I purchased.

I love Maxxsunglasses as they are clear, clean and have a great look. I use them for lots of athletics and they don't fog up. I wear them for biking, tennis, golfing. I have both the tan and darker shades. I did have one problem when I tried to take off the label on the glass when I got them - I put a scratch on the glass. Next pair i got, I soaked the label off before I tried to get it off.
