Highly unprofessional and rude behaviour by the employee of Mayfair Aesthetics.

I booked for full body and face hair removal. I wasn’t getting laser for some of the body parts.

The lady at the Hammersmith location mentioned I should speak with Matthew who is the owner. I called him several times but couldn’t reach him. I was told by Michael (from the Pimlico Location) to email him and he will respond. I emailed my concern and mentioned to speak, but he never called. He did reply to my email. I tried reaching out to him again over call but there was no luck.

I reached the Pimlico location. Michael who was sitting at the reception mentioned double the price for the back shaving for what Hammersmith employee had mentioned.

The therapist who was doing my treatment highly suggested that I do not need a laser on my back and should not get a laser for full-back. She mentioned the price would be discounted as I was not taking the full package.

After the treatment, I spoke to Michael. He gave my money back for the shaving. I was trying to talk and discuss and he said he doesn’t want to talk about it. Being in customer services, he spoke to me very very rudely. He mentioned the therapist is no one to say anything about the discounts with me.
Worst and most pathetic customer service.

I have been visiting the Angel Clinic and I saw results from the first appointment. The staff make you feel very welcome and make the session comfortable. I have not had a bad experience here at all. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a really great experience in the hands of the very welcoming staff and clinician.

I had a hyloronic facial, and I must say that the positive results were instantly recognisable and continued to compound the following week.

Aside from that it was deeply relaxing and a very valuable opportunity for self care, in great hands!!!

The Dr Dennis Gross Hyaluronic with Iwona was genuinely incredible! Extremely relaxing and left my skin absolutely glowing!! Iwona absolutely made the experience, she was incredibly knowledgeable about products and ensured my sensitive skin was perfectly taken care of! The products were so luxurious and left my skin feeling so hydrated and fresh! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Thank you so much Iwona!

I was blown away by the amazing experience at Mayfair Aesthetics. I had the Dr Dennis Gross facial at the Angel clinic with the lovely Iwona. I have had other facials but have never received such professional and caring service. Iwona was welcoming and explained each product and step of the treatment to make sure I was comfortable and my treatment was as effective as could be. I am so happy with my plump and glowing skin! Definitely recommend.

What an amazing experience with Mayfair Aesthetics Laser & Skin Clinic. Christina who did two treatments for me today is amazing! She did my injectables for fine line reduction and a HIFU ultra sound anti ageing treatment. Matthew is amazing and they only employ professional Drs not someone who has just been on a course for a few weeks! So no worry of having a dropped or droopy eye they only employ the best! Thank you so much look forward to returning for my next laser hair removal treatment in a few weeks as well as some other things in the future too! Can’t wait thank you! Your team is impeccable and so so professional the environment is always sterile at the various locations I have now visited.

Great service recovery very helpful the guy who is responsible of the girls performing laser hair removal I believe his name was Mathew. Daisy one of girls treating me there she is the best so far when it comes to using the machine for hair removal without leaving any spots untreated. In general compared to other clinics this is the best clinic I ever visited and I’ve been to many.

I had a spray tan with Mirela, which was awesome ! Mirela is great and so professional - quick, thorough and glowing !

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with this clinic. The machine at the Hammersmith branch is the best in the business - Soprano Ice Titanium - it's virtually painless and has a cooling function that is very important for reducing any risk of scarring in brown skin. The technician knows her stuff and adjusts the machine according to my skin and hair. She was very attentive during the patch test and explained everything carefully, very different experience to other patch tests I had, so decided to go with her. I've had a few sessions and the staff are always professional and seem to know what they are doing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone considering laser hair removal.

Not to go into much detail regarding my personal circumstance… but please just take my word for it - he is actually very fair and reasonable and will be sure to make sure you get your value for money & the service your deserve. I have recommended mayfair aesthetics to my friend now who is very cautious to start treatment with any laser clinic, but after speaking to Matthew I have full confidence in the service provided and she will book. Please communicate with him and I am sure he will resolve any queries. After doing extensive research I chose this place because I wanted the 5* Mayfair treatment .. and it does actually live it up the name! Thank you Matthew for giving me value for money and genuinely taking care of your customers.

Before I found this amazing clinic I spent lots of time looking for the best one. I was looking for highly qualified staff (Iwona she is working at Islington Borough close to Angel Station is more than amazing. She knows what she is doing, and will explain step by step. Also answer all questions if needed regarding skin care. She cares about her clients. I am running my own small company and I know how hard it is to find stuff with passion) with amazing customer service BUT above all I was looking for high and great laser equipment. Sometimes it's better to pay a little bit more (I know now it is hard when everything is expensive). This clinic has ALL. For me 10 out of 10. Well done.

I am halfway through a course of eight full back and shoulders sessions at the Moorgate location and am very impressed with the results so far. The premises are very clean and the treatment room is spacious and comfortable. Renata has been doing my treatments and she is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and super knowledgeable. I’m having my bikini area treated and the ladies doing the treatment made me feel very comfortable and were super professional. I’ve only had two sessions so far and can see fantastic results already. The hairs are much thinner and are taking longer to grow back, much easier to shave and I have no ingrown hairs anymore I can’t wait to see the results when I complete my course! Please don’t be put off by the bad reviews below. The staff have always been accommodating where possible when I had to change my appointment and communication has always been good! Honestly 5 star treatment! They really are the best!

Mayfair Aesthetics is the only place I go now for laser hair removal. Every time I've been they have made me feel very relaxed, and they really understand how to do it in a way that doesn't hurt. Ive tried other clinics and they either miss spots or push too hard so it hurts but at Mayfair Aesthetics I always leave feeling great and thankful for my treatment. The staff are great there
