I would give this company NO STARS if possible. It seems to be impossible to contact them. My emails to info@clarkson-fashion are returned to me. I have been in correspondence with them trying to return two shirts. I had some replies to my emails but they are now returned to me?
It should be three shirts but one has not appeared even though I have paid for it. The goods have to be returned to China!! They call themselves Clarkson of Mayfair, very misleading. I would NEVER buy goods involving China. It’s is impossible to Find out what has happened to my undelivered shirt as can’t get hold of carrier or Clarksons about it. I have over £90 spent with this company and I want my refund but the silence from Clarksons is making it unlikely that I will receive anything. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered winter trench coat which I wanted to return as the actual product does not look like same as photo as well as poor quality for the price. The online shop pretended as UK based company showing business and return address as Wolverhampton UK but actually the customer sales said return to CHINA and all the risk is with me. So then took the offer of partial refund because of threatened of the risk but already 1 months gone since they said arranged partial refund yet not received. Unfortunately I have to say very dishonest company which should stop business.
