Amazing!!!! From start to finish has been such an enjoyable shopping experience. We placed our order over the phone where the gentleman was very knowledgeable but also very humerus and engaging. We ordered 2 beds and mattresses from Mayfair bed co for our children’s new rooms. Very impressed with the beds, assembly was so simple.

The team are so responsive and made choosing and purchasing our beds so easy.the beds were delivered on the weekend, assembly was easy once we got our heads around it, Once again the team assisted us and talked us through the assembly for the first bed. Sooooo thankfully to Mayfair bed co. We ordered our bed very late and thought we would be bedless for Xmas. However the team at Mayfair bed Co were so helpful and delivered our bed today. The bed is such good quality and the mattress feels super comfortable. Cannot thank you guys enough

Run away from this company they are the worst of the worst, I have never seen service this bad, don’t confirm delay dates, their delivery teams just turn up on a day you didn’t know, then rearrange and they didn’t come on the day and say they are not on route, Mayfairbedco does nothing about it, get abuse from the delivery company, again they deliver without information on when to accept delivery, paid through Klarna which is now recovering not to pay them as I have never received the goods, Mayfairbedco aren’t responding and it’s now a legal issue- run away this is day time robbery

Absolutely love my new bed from Mayfair bed co. The bed was diverted to us this morning and we laid for the assembly. The delivery gentlemen put the bed together within 15 mi Ute's and made sure we were happy with it before they left. They were so polite a real asset to the company.

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1!!!! Avoid them at all costs….the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. This company have really made me moving in to my first home an extremely stressful experience. They call themselves Mayfair bed Co but are based in a unit in Bradford. They are most definitely trying to portray a false online image. They are helpful and responsive prior to making your order then afterwards the communication is shocking. They delivered me the wrong bed and when trying to resolve this with them they were difficult to get hold of and just fobbed me off. I’d just spent over £1000 on a bed frame and that is how they deal with people??? The quality of the bed itself was also shocking. Material coming loose and a completely different pattern on the headboard not aligning properly. When the couriers came to assemble the bed they had no idea they were supposed to be assembling it so the communication between the company and the courier company is also shocking!!! They didn’t even come with the tools for the job I had to lend them my tool box. Further lord they asked me for more money because I live in a 3 story house!!! They sent the couriers to collect the incorrect bed and deliver the replacement. Which again was the wrong bed and exactly the same as my current one. We refused delivery and demanded a full refund. They took forever and a day to refund the money and we had to chase multiple times. We are still awaiting them to arrange collection of the bed so we can actually buy a quality bed from elsewhere. Absolutely appalling company honestly stay away!!!!!!

Absolutely in love with my new bed , thank you very much Mayfair, easy to assemble, took me 20 min , lovely packing , couldn't even believe, that all bed fitted in the box, good experience, well recommended.

Wrong colour bed sent . Advised Mayfair beds and they said colour is what we have ordered . Requested fabric samples as proof and now being totally ignored . Will be reporting to trading standards . AVOID

From order to delivery, everything was perfect and seamless. Any question I had the team were on hand to answer any questions and answered quickly. The bed is so comfortable and just adds a level of luxury to the room. So in love with my bed

I ordered a bed and received a completely different bed to what I ordered. The bed is shocking with shocking quality. I have contacted them on number pud occasions they have ignored me. They are refusing to do anything about it. This is not a levitate company their email address on their website is not legitimate emails will not go through. You can’t call anyone there is only a WhatsApp number and none replies to you. I have lost nearly £1000 I would highly recommend you to not purchase from this company. I have never experienced something like this in my life. I am currently going through trading standards authority to try and get my money back. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and end up loosing money.

Extremely unhappy with zero service!
Have tried contacting Mayfair bed company for a week. Two emails, 1 what’s app message and one call. No response from any contact.
Fortunately for them as I loved the bed so much we still made the purchase but if anyone of your team checks these reviews this could have lost you a sale!!
Please take the time to respond to customers. I only required information on product colours!

Absolutely shocking service. Bed came with staples on show everywhere, pink back which reflected off the wall, assembled by the delivery drivers who left it wobbly, damaged my walls taking it up the stairs, bed had no fire labels, bed had a raw wood base inside the ottoman with no support, glue marks all over and screw sticking out of the fabric. After two weeks of chasing them I finally got a call from a manager who was apologetic and processed my refund but even after fighting for a refund there was only confirmation by one message that the bed was being collected but no time or any details. We received a call 30 mins before they arrived on the day and the drivers left me with the wood that I have to dispose of because they refused to take it. They lied saying they would be back in 30 minutes and then 45 minutes 3 hours later. Called the manager by the name “David” who then said I will call my manager and no call back. If it were me I would go to a reputable company so you don’t have to go not only having the poor quality bed but the agro that comes with it. I was asked if I could take my previous review down but after the refund was processed I got the exact same treatment. My new beds came from Danetti and are amazing quality. David the manager also blocked me on whattsapp and was blocked on social media. Beds come from Bradford and the name is also known as “my bespoke bed” company.

Considering Ive never done a review in here or anywhere Ive done 2 on this company already…I just don't like bulls@£t. On 11th July I wrote a review giving it 1star…not long after I received a phone call from them via WhatsApp saying they would be sending the replacement for my faulty/damaged bed panel. He asked me to take down my review. Said I would once I received my delivery…they kept me updated. Then my replacement panel arrived. It was wrong. Wrong colour and material. Well I say it was wrong…I ordered the bed off them around the end of February (risky buying off line as you don’t get to see the quality, colour, material) but I took the risk based on the price. When the bed arrived (with a faulty/damaged side panel) the colour and material looked different, not bad different just not what I was expecting. Was darker and not a soft velvet. But I stupidly thought maybe it was just looked different in the online image. And didn’t question it as there hard work anyways to get hold of and I didn’t mind the colour either. But once I received the replacement panel they clearly had sent me the wrong bed initially as the panel was what I thought I was getting. Ive again messaged them on WhatsApp telling then all this and WHAT A SURPRISE they’re not responding. Im stuck with this large and heavy panel Ive waited around 12 weeks now for and can’t do anything with. I bought the bed end of February…its now August! Thats 5 months of dealing (or not) with them over a bloody bed! I have a feeling again I wont be getting my bed panel replacement so stuck with a naff looking worn away material on the panel which wont last long will the wood is coming though.

I have given this bed 2 stars as it just looks ok. The quality of the material the bed is covered with is of poor quality. The finish is shocking. Staples on show and not covered, all in all, it is just cheap tat, covered mdf, low grade foam. A slat was broken and just a bit flimsy. And that's just the start. The customer service is non-existent and the only way to contact the company is by WhatsApp. Emails bounce back so don't bother. Had 3 delivery dates. First one, they just didn't turn up, no phone call or text. Second one given on the Wednesday with a phone call the night before to say Thursday instead. Finally arrived Thursday teatime, but guess what, they went to my billing address not my delivery address. (Moved home but correct address on the invoice.) Tried to get an extra tenner out of me to build it even when the price was arranged with the company. I suspect the 'courier' company they use is just uncle and nephew with a van. Save yourself the stress, pay that little bit extra and buy from a reputable company instead.

Ordered the luxury Kristina two weeks ago, it's come today and looks amazing. Had the courier's assemble the bed which they were happy with doing. Great bed and great service

I was a very happy with the customer service, polite and friendly. The beds looked as I expected too. Excellent!!
