Avoid this company at all cost. The customer service is terrible.
Only interested in taking your money. If you have any queries after making payment your messages will be left on read. They never take calls so no way of speaking to a human.
Absolute terrible company.
Never left a review on any purchase but this is so necessary.

Ordered our master bedroom bed from Mayfair bed co. We went for the luxury aura bed. Very happy with the overall service. Bed was delivered very quickly by friendly couriers who were so helpful also.

A great find! Mayfair bed co popped up on a YouTube ad at just the right time! We were looking for the exact bed they were advertising. The bed itself was delivered 11 days from ordering and we were kept up to date all the way. Bed is so beautiful everything we could of wanted. So pleased we found this company!

5877 order- luxury aura bed. Delivered on time. Bed is good quality, mattress is something we were really pleased with, we went for the super othropedic mattress and have to say for the money it’s the most comfortable mattress we have slept on!

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. So attentive before you place your order and I was so impressed with the level of service. Once you’ve placed your order and paid your money this changes. Communication is awful, no updates at all, correspondence is ignored and I had to threaten them with a chargeback to get a refund for a mattress which they could not supply. I had also requested for the bed to be build on delivery, was advised that this was not a problem just to speak to the delivery drivers, complete lies. I will say that my bed is beautiful, hence, why I’ve given the review 2 stars, however I would shop around and source the bed from a more professional company. The whole process was extremely stressful.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mayfair bed company. Initially we received our delivery and one of the side rails were slight grazed which must of happened in transit. The team were so quick to respond and sent me a new side rail the next day via express delivery. I was blown away by how quickly the company reacted and provided a solution the the slight issue we had! A big thank you! The bed looks so good now we couldn’t be happier! Thank you team

An outstanding job from Mayfair bed co. They could not have been any better during the whole process from selecting which bed to go for, to sending out fabric samples, delivery and setting up the bed. We were in desperate need of a bed quickly and they manufactured and delivered it too us within two weeks. The Luxury Kristiana is by far the best bed I have slept on. The quality is spot on and looks beautiful. Would recommend anyone who is shopping for a bed not to go anywhere else. All I can say is thank you for such an amazing job.

Overall Terrible and total bodge job scammers. Fine is everything goes well but Good Luck if you need a refund or the item is faulty.

Customer service was great up until delivery.
Waited in all day on a Saturday only for couriers to arrive at 7.45pm. That would of been ok, except they dumped the bed and left with assembly because they didn't have time.
I'm 7 months pregnant, no idea how to put together an ottoman so stuck without a bed.
The bed was fault with pins/ studs missing which they said they would send on on the Monday (first class) apparently but i've yet to receive them.
After being told by Ryan that he doesn't really see what the problem is, he reluctantly offered me £50 off and free assembly which after the stress and inconvenience they caused that It would expect to be a given. I have yet to receive the £50 refund!!!
So i'm waiting for the couriers the following saturday, i'm asking for a time only to be muted on Instagram after parting with nearly £1000.
The couriers finally called and told me between 11.30 - 1.30 but turned up at 3 because they put in the wrong post code.
I was told by Ryan that the couriers would fix the bed but they had no idea what i was talking about and asked for payment.
I've yet to receive to phone call i've asked for and has expressed that i was the broken bed collected and a full refund.
I'm still being ignored!!!!'
