Ricki did a full boiler replacement. Very friendly, experienced and efficient, organised the job quickly after finding the old boiler had stopped working. Helpful in looking at all the cost options and did an excellent job, despite the awkward location of the boiler, completing the work in a long day. Very happy to recommend.

Arranged a visit in reasonable timescale. The work was carried out efficiently and the room was left clean and tidy.

Plumber arrived early within time range agreed which was helpful. He found a number of problems in addition to the initial leak, explained them and with my agreement stayed until he had fixed them. Andrew was polite, friendly and helpful throughout.

My ideal logic plus 30 combi boiler is 7 years old and has never been serviced, missed its important 5 year service. Since winter is approaching, I was concerned it might break down and also there's a safety issue with carbon monoxide leaks, if its not been serviced.
I placed a job on checkatrade and was immediately contacted and an appointment made for the service.
On the day George explained that he would be disassembling, cleaning, and replacing the burner gasket which can be a source of leaks.
All work was efficiently done and I was kept informed all along.
I'm pleased to recommend George and Mayfair Plumbers for their efficiency and professionalism.

Had a polite and friendly plumber Darren Hurloll, who serviced my boiler today. He was a good listener to the issues I was experiencing and was able to recommend someone to fix the issues which were unrelated to the boiler service. He completed the boiler service and also recommended a better thermostat system. Thank you Darren and Mayfair plumbing.

Very impressed with the professionalism and service from Mayfair plumbers. From the initial conversation on the phone with Billy I was confident I was dealing with a caring reputable company. And then Aidan the plumber that came was very knowledgeable and personable, and dealt with the leak in swift yet efficient manner, knowing exactly what he was doing. I would certainly recommend them, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had a leaking valve to my washing machine repaired. I was happy with the repairman and his work but thought the total bill of £468 for an hour's work excessive.

Excellent service, friendly and polite engineer arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. Also gave advice on getting regular annual service and a chimney sweep to ensure a clear chimney for our gas fire. Would definitely use again

Aiden was great, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Booked in for a boiler service. Previous company had left a sticker for a warning not to use but ensured me all was OK and it was only because they didnt didnt want to remove a panel to check the flue. Aiden without hesitation told me thats no trouble and he could remove the panel and check properly. Great service with a thorough check and very respectful and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

Used Check a Trade and had a very quick phone call from Mayfair Plumbers. Job booked in timely. Plumber arrived on time, very knowledgeable resolved immediate issue and have prepared quote for complete repair. Happily recommend and using.

I got Mayfair Plumbers out to do a boiler service. They noticed right away that it had a problem with a leaky flue and investigated to figure out that it needed to be replaced. The engineer Andy was friendly, explained everything, and was really clear. He's now arranged to come back to replace the boiler the following day. It's going to be an expensive week but I'm glad that he found the problem and can fix it so promptly so I can have hot water without worrying about carbon monoxide.

Charlie called the day before to ask exactly what he would be doing so he could bring the correct tools, and kept me updated on his arrival time.
He dealt with everything swiftly.

Andrew W. Was amazing! He easily installed our new underfloor heating units within a day and are so much better than our previous system. He was very knowledgeable about the system and extremely professional. I would highly recommend having him look into any issues you have. We for sure couldn’t not have done it without his expertise.
