Helpful and reliable

This is my first time to rent a house and the Mayfords was very helpful. Mr Osaze is very friendly and reliable. My friend and I were working on our final essay and did not have time to find a new flat, however, Osaze was so warm-hearted that he kept on contacting us and finally helped us to successfully rent a flat. Many thanks to him.

They have in provided me with the…

They have in provided me with the information I needed for the purpose of my sale. However initially there was a long communication gap (twelve days) between my conveyancer and them once I paid for the management pack, so I had to chase them to bring it to their attention. In the end the job was done, so that is what matters.

Eugene - mayfords

Eugene is a helpful and excellent concierge. He is diligent and goes out of his way to be helpful whilst having regards to the importance of the block rules. Recently Eugene went over and above his role and removed unsightly rubbish from the communal property when a notice was sent to the block management team.

Had a very difficult time without the…

Had a very difficult time without the fridge for 2 weeks, the issue was getting the fridge in to the kitchen. Miss Rachel did a great job by ordering a very good fridge and arranged a contactor to fit the fridge in to the kitchen. Even she was at the property till everything was okay. Best service received from someone from a estate agent. Highly recommended

Passionate and Outstanding Service

Mayfords has been managing 2 of my rental properties for close to 7 years, however, it wasn't until my accounts were handed over to a gentleman by the name of Moses Kazibwe that I understood what 'excellence' in that role looked like.

Moses is quick, sharp, courteous and utterly dependable. No task is too little to undertake. As long as it is important to me, its significance is monumental to him. He is an absolute gem. I cannot recommend him enough. Mayfords is lucky to have him.

Daniel has been very helpful throughout…

Daniel has been very helpful throughout the whole moving process. He has been responsive by Whatsapp as well as by email which has been very convenient, especially for smaller questions during the final stages of moving. His efforts are much appreciated and I recommend his services.

Excellent service delivery

Mr Daniel of mayfords estate Agency. I must say it was quite a good experience with you. Daniel was God sent. I was looking for a house at haroldhill and Daniel was able to find one for my family and I in a twinkle of an eye. Daniel is also a good communicator and ever so responsive to calls, WhatsApp messages and emails .
I am grateful and I will surely recommend your company's excellent service delivery to my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you.

Thank you Gabriella Bent!

Mayfords is the Managing Agent of my late mother's flat. My sister and I recently put this flat on the market. Unfortunately the potential buyer and his nitpicking solicitor had so many questions (many totally unreasonable) we had to turn to Mayfords, in particular Gabriella Bent, to assist us. Throughout, Gabriella was incredible. Despite being asked the same questions time and time again, she was calm, professional and diplomatic. In the end, we pulled out of the sale as we just knew we could never get this buyer over the line. Best decision we ever made! Thank you Gabriella for your patience and kindness in coping with this terribly stressful situation.
