Sham business keeps your money
Sham business. Took 2 months for shoes to arrive. They were not true-to-size, half inch too short, so didn't fit. Horrible toxic chemical smell. Requested a prepaid return postage label. They said all they would give us was $3 refund and we keep the useless shoes. Then they raised it to a $10 refund. Or we could return the shoes to China at our expense and they would refund our money. With all the time getting them here, figured we better take the $10 because the shoes might not have ever reached them. This is a horrible company that uses unfair business tactics to get and keep your money. Saw them on InstaGram. Will never trust instaGram or its advertisers again!

I ordered 2 pairs of the shoes 1 pair of brown and 1 black they took forever to arrive (7 weeks) and both pair were brown there customer service first said in there words (We deeply apologize for this situation.I think sending the wrong color does not affect the use, we can give you a 5$ discount, you can give it to your friends, or you can return it and bear the postage, we will send you the correct color shoes.Thank you for your understanding.) well i do not understand, I did not make a mistake ordering they made the mistake shipping and i have no desire to pay for there mistake. There customer service is very slow and not at all helpful.

Do not go near this company
Do not go near this company! They won’t deliver your purchases and don’t reply to emails! And no chance of a refund for non delivered goods! Once they have your money ! There is no more contact! This is a con! I won’t be buying online again! Very bad for the industry!
Shoes have finally arrived ! Late but better than never! But still I would never buy again from them!
