Excellent customer service and communication. Everything happened as and when it was supposed to, no issues at all with their service and on-going support. I've been delighted with our garden furniture and would definitely use this company again in the future.

From order to delivery the service was perfect. Special thanks to the Alan and Charlie who delivered the sets, built them within no time and took away all the packaging. Will definitely be using Maze again in the future.

Stunning quality. I've had a 4m x 4m pergola and spent a full day building it, but what a piece of kit. Really impressed with the quality and how easy to build. Came with full LED light system and 4 blinds. Even in wind and rain the roof let's no water through. Would recommend this pergola and Maze. All credit to you Maze Outdoor.

Friendly and helpful delivery personnel. Phoned in advance of arrival and helped with some unpacking as the box wouldn’t fit through the door. They also kindly took away the huge box.

The two guys who delivered were quick, efficient, polite and both had great personalities.

Great service from the guys delivering our bar fire pit dining set. They offered to assemble and remove packaging for a fee on the day and gladly took them up on the offer.

Navigating the website, choosing the right product and the checkout process was super easy.

Turn around time was less than 3 weeks, as I had to wait for it to be back in stock, which is fine. Probably could have been a bit quicker, as the company did have stock refill earlier, but then heard nothing from them until I phoned up.

Delivery and installation was done very effectively and efficiently in less than 2 hours.

The product looks amazing and works really well.

The only slight niggle I had was the communication was a bit lack from when the order was placed till delivery. Had to nudge them a few times to see what's going on and when delivery could be done.

Fantastic service Promised 7-10 days but delivered next day and the delivery people were professional and courteous we chose the platinum delivery and it was!

After buying a ‘economic’ day bed from a household home store brand, which turned out to be complete waste of money. I decided to splurge on this outdoor fabric daybed, which was on offer and an extra reduction for July was applied at checkout. It was dispatched and delivered within 3 working days. And frequent updates on delivery provided.
The daybed is gorgeous and worth every penny. Only the legs needed assembly and were easy to fix.
I decided to pay for two person delivery with removal of packaging which was also a really good decision as the box was huge and really sturdy so disposable would have been a bit tricky.
The packet containing the screws and washers had split open and the drivers had spotted this and made sure we found all of them before leaving. They even gave me 2 extra screws out of their spares.
The cover that came with it looks really sturdy and fits perfectly unlike generic covers.
So to use a well known phrase ‘you get what you pay for’.
Great customer service and a fabulous piece of furniture that looks like it will last. Can’t praise MazeLiving enough.

I ordered on Monday and the garden furniture arrived on Wednesday! It’s really lovely, I have had Maze garden furniture before and was confident it would be quality and last forever!! I am not disappointed. Thank you
