Really bad communication

Really bad communication. I ordered some versace sliders in size 7 (40) and they sent me 8 (41) I emailed them, twice asking to send back and for them to pay the return postage. They never bothered to respond . I even rang and left a voicemail which nobody responded to. I rang a few days later and spoke to someone and when I asked had they read my emails I'd sent, they said oh yea I can see it in the inbox.Nobody ever bothered to get back to me or to discuss the fact they sent me the wrong size. It's a shame because I was looking for another designer boutique to buy online but I will never use them again.

BE AWARE DO NOT BUY - bought some BOSS Hadiko sweatpants which within 3 months all the stitching came undone, they don't answer the phone and they ignore my emails STAY CLEAR

Fab all round

Just bought my lovely ICON beanie hat, great service, it came the next day via dpd, packaged great. Perfect in time for Christmas, thank you, we’ll definitely be back xx
