Excellent service as always from Martin & the team

Great experience as usual with MB, car collected on time, good communications with Martin on extra work needed (confirmed with MOT advice some months earlier at different garage) Car returned having been cleaned throughout.

I booked my car in for an annual service and MOT.

I requsted a collection service from my home and return when the works were completed.

As usual they telephoned me with details of the work required and costs before proceeding.

They took payment over the phone and then returned the car ready to go.

A polite and efficient service was provided.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Some Mercedes takes very specific skill and experience and they had what it took to manage a particularly difficult classic car; R230 SL55.

I can't speak highly enough of MB-Nottingham. I brought my recently purchased 20-year-old Smart Roadster in after discovering various hard-to-diagnose issues.

The customer service from Martin was first class as he was happy to answer any questions and keep me updated. They swiftly diagnosed the issues and let me know how much everything would cost. Once I had approved the work and parts, they ordered the required parts and got me back on the road.

I'd highly recommend giving them a call or a visit if you're having any issues.

Took my AMG C63 in for full service and what a great experience. Everything was laid out and costed so I knew exactly what was happening. Communication was also great. I'll be using MB for all my work.

I recently purchased a new Mercedes from Nottingham. After a really poor service earlier in the year, Mercedes managed to recover the situation and were excellent in selling me my new car. Gurjinder was excellent, great customer service really friendly and informative. Communication throughout the process was great!

I think they don’t even deserve one star, they claim themselves to be Mercedes specialists, but they use non- genuine MB parts on our vehicle, we only found out this when this non-genuine parts stopped working after 2 weeks, and we ended up paying a lot more extra to get it replaced at MB dealer in Nottingham, and confirmed by their engineer non- genuine part was used, after numerous email communication, Steve and Martin agreed we return the faulty parts, and delete previous comments left in google, then they would refund, after we did what they asked, no refund is received and no reply since then, disgusting, to all of you who are preparing to fix your car at this place, you may not get what you think you paid for, beware

Service here has always been good and the staff always courteous and polite.

Excellent service from start to finish will collection and delivery of my car and explanation of the work carried out.
Compared to the other local dealer it was a breath of fresh air.

After a number of negative experiences earlier in the year with Mercedes regarding changing my car.I had decided to hand my car in and go to another make of car. After talking to Gurge on the phone i went to the showroom and spoke to both Gurge and Nick who came up with an affordable plan for me . I had felt another mercedes was now out of my price range. They found me a.great deal. both Gurge and Nick made the experience a positive one. The customer service excellent.Thank you keep up the good work.

I have recently brought a new car through Mercedes Benz of Nottingham.
I was looked after by Jarrell and Gurjinder. I could not have been looked after better, they talked me through the whole process, i got a great deal and I felt completely comfortable throughout it all. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I had my Mercedes B Class serviced on the 17th of July, I was informed I had to pay for the service even though I informed them straight away I had a service plan in place with Mercedes.
I have emailed and called on numerous occasions with no response or no one answering the service desk. Nearly one month on and I still have not resolved the issue.

I would not recommend any purchases or services with this company if this is their standard of care to customers.
