Top bloke very respectful gets the job done properly

I forgot about the survey so Mike rings me up whilst we were at the tills and said he would wait for us , so we rushed back expecting to see a frown on Mikes face but a more pleasant chap you couldn't wish to meet , he talked me through every measurement he made and explained why he was doing the survey professional he was , polite he was and he can come to do me another survey any time he wants thanks Mike

Firstly what a great person turn up at my home to and inspection from MB solution Group i.e. "Rebecca" and yes she did so do a great job ??? She so respected my home and ensured I knew what at all times and also why so was doing the inspection. It was interesting to find out also what is needed to my home to get it up from a "D" to "C'' standard. Having live in my so lovely bungalow for years never as any one checked before what is if any thing needed was ??? . On this note yes it did take me 14 to get a new back kitchen door but yes got there in the end, So yes well done MB Solution Group and Rebecca, and seems ok I might get more insulaation and even may be Solar panels some time soon.

Excellent! We had a whole house survey carried out by Ben who was professional, friendly and just a real nice guy. He answered all our questions.
I received a courtesy text the day before my appointment explaining everything which was helpful.
All around great service.
Would definitely recommend.

Top service - Allegra in the office was absolutely lovely and so helpful when arranging the appointment and Ben the surveyor was so nice, stayed in touch when the traffic made him slightly later than the planned appointment time, carried out the survey quickly and efficiently all whilst being super friendly. Highly recommend 🙂

I had a survey carried out by Ben and what a friendly lovely guy he is! He was very professional and answered all the questions I asked as my landlord never explained anything. Very considerate and the team are lovely.

Ben was so nice and professional , Also Tilly on the phone was such a lovely lady to talk to, explained everything to me . I can't say enough of how nice they were.

From the first call to book the appointment, and Tilly on the text messages, also Michael call to advise he was on his way. The whole process was smooth. All were polite and easy to talk to. Helpful is an understatement for this transaction. They left me knowledgeable about what they were trying to attain.

Surveyor Ben was very polite , pleasant, explained everything in detail so I understand properly, was a pleasure to see someone who takes pride in what he does and wants to make the customer feel at ease
