I had a craving for a Mcflurry late Sunday evening. So took a drive down to McDonalds, Abbey lane, Leicester.
I requested a Mcflurry, received the large cup, with a quarter of McFlurry….I was shocked, I questioned it only to be told “that’s what you get”
If you are going to charge £2.49, at least fill the cup up, it’s an absolute disgrace & a rip off.
When are these large organisations going to stop ripping us off
BOTCOTT McDONALDS & stop giving them your hard earned money for smaller portions

Food was unbelievabley bad.
Fries were good, burgers were shocking.

This is not the first time that "preparing food" is taken over 1 hour. We made an order at 16.40pm today, its 17.37pm right now, and the food is still at "preparing stage" and the time keeps going down and then up. I mean its fast food restaurant - nothing fast about this.

Reasonable prices are good but need to compromise with the quality. Fries cook in rancid oil . My opinion not to have fries in MC donalds rather than sick.

Mc Donald’s north side shopping centre it was appalling after buying our meal we sat done to eat when gangs of teenager boys literally took over the place screaming at each other and customers throwing stuff around the restaurant I asked the staff if there was any security as the gang were extremely intimidating and they weren’t even eating any food the security guards done nothing didn’t even approach them I literally had to shout at them myself to give it over after they started throwing rubbish at our table we couldn’t finish our food and the security guards and staff just stood and looked while doing nothing it was extremely scary experience my god mc Donald’s boss look at your staff and specially security guards in Northside mc Donald and get better staff before someone gets seriously hurt in this place and restaurant was also flirty dirty it was ment to be a little treat which turned out to be a terrifying experience shame on that security guards for allowing them boys to imitated all the customers will never step foot in the place again

I don't hold this company to high standards. But, they should care what happens in their stores instead of ignoring customer complaints.

I recently got food through a third-party app. I have a regular order for repeating what I previous order. It has worked. The driver should up early and the food was ready. In minutes. It wasn't how I order the same thing. They gave me pre-cooked food. The problem is when I complained, McDonald's Coroprate blamed the third-party delivery system. My argument was, " They don't make your food. They're not culpable until the bag goes out the door." Response was "Read the agreement." I came back with you have zero accountability on the food made in your store? You fail, they do great, and then get the blame? What ridiculousness is this? I kept getting the same lawyer speak. My last email was blocked. I used no profanity or threatening language. They blocked me because they no longer wanted to be comforted by a unsatisfied customer. What does that say about this company? We don't care. We will sell to more people regardless of what a problem that one store created. Essentially, f*** y***! They lost a customer of decades.

I ordered the druski kai cenat 6 7 meal but it didnt come with nut nuggets. I was ok with that until someone got publicly executed in the bathroom when i went in. Would give 6 stars if i could.

Went to get a fillet of fish today. They had an offer three for £7.50. so took the offer, only to find they are the mini ones with hardly anything inside. Absolute rubbish, do not buy from any of their stores. Mc Donald's has really gone down hill.

I visited Norwich Broadland business after charging and it was busy and loud, slightly messy and food was average.

The staff were amazing. However - the now modern times made it distressing and very timely to order.... Cheapskates not wanting to hire staff - really complicated and time-consuming to have to work out 'happy' computer ordering, rather than quick verbal, "Quarter pounder meal with coca cola, please"......I miss the 1980s version so utterly - VERY utterly. The chips had next to no salt on them - (modern healthy days, to be fair) and no offer of salt. The burger was cold by the time we had found a table to sit at (about 1 min after being given the food on a stupid tray which I had to carry with a bad back and nearly dropped)....wonderful staff said no worries they would give me another one but I was already getting pretty stressed..... It was a quite frankly, a very, very distressing experience and caused me to be so upset in the end, that I stupidly couldn't cope and broke my glasses after getting away from the place - I will probably trip over a paving stone tomorrow and I now can't see the telly and will probably fall down the stairs later, but my fault for childishly getting upset about such a horrid modern experience - it is just the way the world is going - so I should just accept it, but I am so sad - because I used to go to McDonalds every birthday as my 'special treat'..... My beautiful Mum used to say are you sure you wouldn't like something different, and I said every year - for about 12 years - "no!" Today was a very costly meal on the south coast of England!!..... My beautiful fiancé-boyfriend ate the chips in the establishment, and I did, to be fair eat the (very cold!!!!!!) burger later - when he brought it back for me, but it HAD NO GHERKIN in my Quarter Pounder - seriously!?... McDonalds was the only thing I wanted to do on my visit by default, as where I live there are only drive-throughs way out of town which you can't reach unless you drive...... I was SO excited to go to the in-town version today, but now SO upset by the now experience of what it is like compared to yester-year. Horrid and sad. VERY horrid. Shame on McDonalds. To repeat - the staff were absolutely fantastic and wonderful. X

Seriously?! When you order ketchup to your meal and have to pay extra for it. Be prepared that you will get less of a teaspoon of ketchup to your fries 🍟
What a joke!

I honestly would given 1 star McDonald’s mcdelivery kitchen in L9 in the absolute worst ever if not charging you twice or sending incorrect foods or missing items or food sloppy cold and just not edible and it’s only uproad and delivery is always very quick they never answer phone they are not helpful if you go in come on it’s not a hard job it’s not surgery it’s following a order step by step .

Super tasty

We went to eat at the largest location in the world located in Orlando and were surprised by the table service and that McDonald's has pizza and pasta!!

Bought a flatbread no bacon and a hashbrown, was put to fast foward and was parked there for 15 minutes, eventually had to just leave for work. Absolutely ridiculous, wasted my money and didnt even get my food. Purchased at 8:45am on the 10th March 2026.
