Marcus fitted a new boiler for us. He was professional and thorough and explained everything. We’re very happy with his work and we’re very happy to recommend him.

Marcus is NOT an experience installation boiler engineer. Marcus caused flooding to my property which had to be put right by his insurance company as he was on his phone and left the water valve open in the airing cupboard. Since the install my boiler is noisy and I was told that the cylinder thermostat is not working. Hence Marcus did not make me aware when he did his assessment before installation. I have also been told that the external controller is not working. These small minors should have been picked by Marcus if he was experienced as a boiler installer. Marcus has got his money and does not care but wants to charge me for the work he did not do in the first place. Its best to get a boiler installation engineer who is at least 37 years of age. This job was to big for him!
I will be taking the matter to court if I have too!!

Great service provided by Marcus, arrived on time and all work was carried out to a high and thorough standard. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

MCB Heating Ltd what can I say except I would recommend to anyone I know for sure I've used them twice so far and I have not been disappointed very reliable and very good quality of work 👌 and the most important thing they are very good people to talk to.Marcus Baker &Luke good team I'll be calling them soon again as I've got a lot of work for them finishing my extension.

Very happy with the service from the first call back to getting our boiler back up and running.

MCB heating were able to provide an appointment 2 days after my call to a 2 hour window (Time of year was May).
The engineer who visited arrived on time, he was professional and friendly and he quickly carried out the boiler service with minimal disruption. I was able to schedule in a later date to replace a part with a minor leak as well.
The price from MCB (£84 - for year 2023) was more reasonable than major providers like British Gas (£100) and they're not trying to tie me into a monthly service contract.
Overall I'd recommend MCB to a friend any day.

Annual boiler service was due. Sent a website enquiry on the bank holiday sunday, got a call back on the tuesday morning first thing, booked in for first thing on that thursday. Engineer turned up exactly on time, was polite and professional, performed the service efficiently. Can't fault the service provided.
