McDonald Ceilings 

After doing a search to find a source for suspended ceilings this one was my choice. The order was placed Thursday and I received a palatalized delivery Monday of the following week. Totally professional service that made a good impression on my first use of the company.

Delivery was within 2 days

When ever I use McDonald ceilings I know they will deliver on time, never had any problems with them so they deserve the five star rating

Parts all arrived as ordered. They need to be packaged better as some main runners and trims were out of the box when delivered leaving black marks on the white coating and one was bent. I would normally complain and get a replacement but I did not have time as the labour was booked to do the fitting. They were very helpful when I rang about delivery times and the parts came when promised. I would use them again but MAKE SURE YOU PACKAGE THINGS PROPERLY!

Would definitely recommend to anyone. A few problems with a missed delivery but the response from them was amazing!

Delivered late, 10 days instead of 3/4 days and top tiles on some packages damp and unusable. On the plus side advice given over the phone excellent and the product first class when installed.

Never having purchased ceiling tiles before I had no idea what was needed to repair an old ceiling that had been damaged by water. Following a helpful call to McDonalds and some research on their website I found the right product to solve the problem.

THE TILES WERE REQUIRED AS PART OF A ROOM OVERHAUL. THE CEILING TILES WERE THE NEXT JOB AND WE HADN'T GOT ANY. WASN'T EXPECTING DELIVERY UNTIL TUES/WED THIS WEEK. ARRIVED ON MONDAY, TILES ARE IN! ANOTHER LINE TICKED OFF THE LIST. MANY THANKS!

Excellent company,ordered ceiling panels from what was told by my customer, when I got to job different size tiles phoned McDonalds Ceilings and sorted out straight away no handle charges and could get on with job with no further problems

Cant work out what needed for my next job so had to use another company you must have changed your web site its to hard to under stand and get what i needed got fed up with it in the end it was driving me mad sorry!

I have had two orders from McDonald Ceilings, both times the order process was smooth and delivery on time etc etc. One small hick up but sorted extremely fast and without any fuss
