Recently swapped over to tap and go and the agent I dealt with, Nathaniel, was really helpful when explaining the switchover process. The machine was delivered within 3 days of signing up and we are now saving a lot of money too.

Was told you have a credit limit then they take it away.then don't accept counting up bank statements. As there not compatable with them.

Simple straight forward invoicing. Gave 4 stars because I was already paying another company £15 including vat but these charge £15 PLUS vat, after they said they would not be beaten on price.
